Story
Meet Millie!- 6 months- Black GSD Millie is available in our Puppy Adoption program due to her young age. We saved her from euthanasia at a overcapacity shelter where she was completely shut down sharing an outside kennel with 7 dogs. She was afraid of everything at first but with lots of love and attention in her foster home she has really blossomed. She loves to play with other dogs, is on the submissive side in play, and enjoys cuddling with you every chance she gets! Watch out for her gentle paw if you stop belly rubs she will let you know to keep going! :) Suprisingly as a puppy she tends to go to bed early on her own and sometimes will put herself in her kennel and go to sleep. She does well in her kennel and does give you good indications when she needs to go to the bathroom. She is still learning how a leash works and how much fun walks can be, and with time we know she will gain her confidence with all the new smells and sounds she encounters on her adventures! Millie is such a bright and cheery girl that is so excited to find her forever family and furry companion(s) to call home! Approval Requirements for GSRTX puppies: -Not left alone for long periods of time -Another large breed playful dog for socialization -Preferably a yard to play so no apartments please Interested in adding Millie to your family? Start the process by filling out an application at www.gsrtx.org/adoption-application for approval. BRODY Young Male, Boxer/Pointer Mix, Ferris / Hutchins, TX Shelter , DAPPv, Bordetella, Dewormed, Flea preventativ This little cutie adores both people and other dogs. He is adorable, rambunctious and ALL PUPPY. About 9 months to a year old. Per ths shelter, they believe he is housebroken. Approximately 50 pounds. Lovable young dog that is very silly and fun and playful. Everyone at the shelter absolutely ADORES this dog. Due to his puppiness he will need some training - note he does well on a leash. The ACO told me a hilarious story about Brody waiting to ambush him (wants to play with him) after he lets him out in the play yard. So funny! LOL. Silly goofy goober bear. Please help save him!

SHAWN & SUZIE Neutered & Spayed, Fully Vaccinated, Black Mouth Cur Mix, Found E of Ferris, Tx (County), DAPPv, Bordetella, Dewormed, Flea preventative Such sweeties. And so very deserving of a home and to have someone to love. These two cuties look like they are possibly brother and sister. They were found out and about in a very rural area of the county all by themselves. Known dumping area for every kind of dog you can imagine. And these are such great dogs it defies reasoning if that is indeed how they got there. Both are young dogs and incredibly sweet. THEY ADORE ALL DOGS and ALL PEOPLE. Love riding in a golf cart. Super cute - just great dogs in every way. Very loving. Available individually or together. Please help save one!!!!
