Story
Bobolink is a sweet and playful kitty. He does great with other cats and kittens alike. He likes to snuggle but isn`t overly snuggly. He entertains himself. He would be great on his own or with other cats. Bobolink does not enjoy being restrained, and he will make sure you know that! :)

Story
Meet Sofia, the free spirit who proves that not all cats are made the same — some are born to explore, chase, and conquer. While her sister Zoe is the queen of the sunbeam, Sofia is the mysterious adventurer, always prowling, pouncing, and seeking new heights (literally). She’s the first to dart through an open door, the first to climb anything within a 10-foot radius, and the first to find trouble in the form of a crinkly bag or an unattended shoelace. Sofia`s personality is an exhilarating mix of curiosity, wild energy, and an undeniable love for occasional cuddles. She`ll follow you around like a shadow one moment, then vanish into thin air the next, leaving you to wonder if she ever existed in the first place. Sofia has lived with children, cats, and other dogs in her previous home, and has experience living indoors and in a home with outdoor access. She is a ready-made instant companion, along with her sister, Zoe. To encourage adopters to take both kitties home, their adoption fees are two-for-one. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.

Story
Meet Zoe, a cat so quintessentially feline, she practically wrote the book on `cat-itude.` Zoe is the embodiment of all things cat — graceful, mysterious, and absolutely unapologetic. Her daily activities include lounging in sunbeams, giving you a judgmental side-eye for no reason, and occasionally pretending to ignore you before demanding attention with a gentle paw swipe. Zoe is also an expert in the art of napping, always finding the coziest spots and showing you exactly how it`s done. Zoe has experience living with children, other feline friends, and dog companions as well. She has both litterbox skills, and street smarts, making her a versatile companion for a variety of new homes. Zoe is bonded to her littermate, Sofia, and their adoption fees are two-for-one.Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day.
