We adopted Quill from the animal shelter. He is four years old and is declawed and neutered. Quill is a sweet boy he currently lives with a dog and another cat. We are getting ready to have 2 under 2 and we have noticed that his anxiety has started to ramp up. He has always had anxiety since a kitten, but it has gradually increased over the years. When he is overly stressed, we’ve noticed that he will have a tinge of blood in his urine. We have taken him to the vet for it, and they have put him on Prescription food. I think if he had a change in environment, he would be a totally different cat. His ideal home would be quiet environment and for him to have a place to be able to go and decompress. I think he would do best in an environment where it was just him, but should do fine with another cat as long as they give him his personal space. Quill can be timid but once he gets to know you he can be very loving and affectionate when he wants to.

Meet Toots & Jackie! Jackie is a year and a half old old & Toots is a year old. These special kitties have been brightening our days for a while now and I can't say enough about how funny, silly, goofy, and lovable they are. They have such cool personalities! Jackie will follow you around and wants to be a part of everything you're doing - she's just making sure you're okay and don't need her help with anything. She also has a lot to say and will chat you up whenever you have time to talk. Toots is a mellow cool cat. He has the loudest purr motor you've ever heard and turns into jello when napping in your lap. He frequently slides off onto the floor and just keeps sleeping wherever he lands. They play all day - wrestling, toy mouse hunting, chasing each other around, and then crash in a puddle of cuteness somewhere for a mutually decided upon nap. They are great with their litter box, polite and patient at mealtimes, use their scratching posts, and are great houseguests. The boys are young (around 1 year give or take) & playful & were always seen together side by side when they were living outside. They should get the chance to life a long, safe & healthy life spoiled indoors!

Both are very sweet and playful. They are considered special needs since they are FIV positive. This was passed on to them by their mother. We took in their mom and her litter of 5 kittens. They will be retested in 6 months and there is a chance they could test negative at that time. Otherwise, they are happy and healthy kittens.
