The warrior princess. Xena is a beautiful, 5-year-old Shepard mix. She is friendly with people and male dogs that are larger in size. (Unsure about female dogs) She knows basic commands and is very low energy. She likes to hangout where the family is and cuddling is her favorite! Shes great with kids and has been around kids of all ages. Xena is currently in board and train and in need of an experienced handler. She will come with free training as well. She is fearful of SOME men due to her abuse history and so introductions to adult men should be done slowly. Xena would do best in a home as an only pet but could be homed with a larger male dog. No cats for Xena. She is housebroken and crate trained. Adoption fee includes all vaccines up to date, spay/neuter and microchip.

SAAP Nation, please welcome Callie! Callie (knows Daisy) is a long-haired, 2 year old Shepherd mix, and she is gorgeous!! She just got here last night and is still settling in. Callie is timid, but LOVES all the humans (adults, males, and kiddos) so far, but is a still a little timid with the dogs (you can't blame her, we have 9 others here and they act like ill-mannered heathens. I would be timid too). She is housebroken, slept quietly in her corner all night, and is already getting brave with everyone today (in fact, she met the neighbors dog through the fence and loved him!) She is very strong and pulls on the leash, but I think she's also smart and could be trained quickly. Most importantly, LOOK AT DEM EARS. So stinking cute! Enzo is a very sweet and loyal dog. He wants to be protective of his family which can be a challenge with young children he doesn't know. He has never bitten a human. Enzo loves to play fetch with balls, swim and walk in the woods. He would make a great companion for someone who is familiar with dogs and is in a quiet adult only household. We are making the difficult decision to rehome our sweet dog Enzo. Enzo is an all-white, 100lb, 2-year-old German Shepherd/Lab mix. His DNA results show he is 50% German Shepherd, 25% lab and 25% border collie. We adopted Enzo from a rescue at a farm in Mississippi when he was four months old. He is an incredibly loyal dog who likes to work. He has been in pack dog training since we adopted him and is always around dogs. Since Enzo was a puppy, we have been working with two different trainers, including behavioral training. He is very smart and good at his commands. Still, Enzo is very protective of his humans, which can be problematic in a neighborhood environment where many unknown kids and other animals are coming and going. Enzo loves running, digging, chasing, chewing on balls, and swimming. Enzo is in his element while in the woods and following new scents. His perfect home is one where he has ample outdoor space to run and explore in. Enzo is up to date with his vaccinations and neutered.

Poor Bella was seen being dumped by her owner on a commercial street where big rigs constantly are passing through. It took a few days for us to build her trust to bring her to safety in our yard. Full of ticks and fleas we were able to clean her and give her love and attention which by the looks of it she never had love since she had the collar marks embedded into her fur where she had been tied up :( Bella loves toys and gets the zoomies when excited. She loves to run so preferably go to someone with a big yard or an active person. She is always high alert so she is always taking care of the house. She is very loyal to her person and shows how grateful she is to her foster family. She has her own personality and just wants love attention and she is ready to be spoiled by her forever family. * she will need a 6 foot fence * she does get along with dogs but gets jealous about her person *no cats *loves to Play in kiddie pool *walks on leash ok but still learning not to pull Bella Marie deserves a real home and will be your most loyal buddy ever!!!
