☀️🐶 Meet Sonny! 🐶☀️This big love bug is ready to be your new best friend! Sonny adores kids and people, greeting everyone as a potential new buddy. 🧒🏽👧🏽 He’s great with other dogs and will probably do just fine with cats too! 🐾🐱Sonny is 10 week old male puppy. ❓ Sonny’s heritage is a complete mystery! His mom, a 35-40 lb black mix, is as unique as he is, and dad? Well, that’s anyone’s guess. His full-grown size might be a surprise, but one thing’s for sure: he’ll fill your heart and home with love! 💖💛 Adopt Sonny and let this sweet boy brighten your life every single day! 🌈Sonny's adoption fee is $300, includes vaccines, flea & tick treated, microchipped, and scheduled for neuter upon adoption. You can apply online for them at https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sr2794&method=online_form_html&formid=21 OR stop in to the shelter 12- 5 pm Tuesday through Friday or 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet who is available at that time. Story
Winnifred, is half great pyrenees / half Rottweiler- We think- She's for sure all goofy dog lol. Winnie loves food & will trick if there are treats! I'm hoping a single, fit / good health, middle aged / older lady like myself who wouldn't mind a loving 70 pounds cutie to entertain her with fetch, tricks, & playful curiosity! We always have a gentle lead on since she's so strong & she amazingly calm with one on- She is not a fan for whatever reason of men of all sizes especially in hats. We have never had a man in the home & prefers women. The few children interactions had been great. Great at dog parks & kennels. The dogs have traveled a lot & when you're in a hotel high rise & the next green patch is 7 blocks away in the am, they are troopers & adapt easy!Or if your'e waiting the rain out- Winnie is a fan of snow- not rain- She's in great health enjoys cuddles! My dream is her dog friend Cosmo in the pic can stay together

Story
Zumi is a big boy with big feelings. Once you get to know Zumi and he gets to know you, you will find him to be a hilarious goofball. He loves to eat sticks and play fetch with them (retrieval rate is maybe a 35% but hey, he`s trying!) He is trained to use both a Halti head collar and a muzzle. He is actually really good at training in general! He has his favorite people here and he becomes a complete puppy when he sees them. Zumi is also great with other dogs.Zumi has issues with kids, and with strangers. It takes him a while to warm up to people, he was bred to protect and be a guard dog and on top of it was not socialized when young. He will need a home that understands this. A person who sees how perfectly loveable this guy is and has a quiet household or who is willing and able to manage his anxieties and guarding instincts. The payoff is huge, as you will have a giant protector who will make you laugh every single day.

Story
Calling all experienced Pyrenees lovers!! Gus McFloof may have a fluffy face and name but he’s a force to be reckoned with. He’s 140#, perfect with dogs, cats, birds/ any animal! BUT he steals. That’s right; he steals things off the kitchen counter then guards them with all 140lbs. It sounds funny… we laugh too… but trust us you won’t be laughing if it happens to you. SO, he needs a home willing to have strict rules and boundaries. He cannot be allowed in the kitchen; seriously. Two trainers have not been able to replicate the behavior to work on it; it’s like he knows… He’s otherwise fully trained. We will be strictly requiring Pyrenees breed experience and a fenced yard for Gus and he’s #notallowedinthekitchen All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   January 6, 2025, 10:34 pm

Story
Meet Aum! Aum is a clever and mischievous 15-week-old Great Pyrenees mix who’s guaranteed to keep you smiling! This handsome boy is as sharp as they come—always curious and ready to learn something new (or maybe figure out how to get into a little trouble, in the cutest way possible).   Aum has a big personality to match his future size, as he could grow up to 150 pounds of lovable fluff. He’s a playful pup who loves to explore and would thrive in a home that can keep up with his  wit. He’s the type of dog who will keep you entertained with his antics one moment and melt your heart with a snuggle the next.   Aum is searching for a family who will embrace his mischievous spirit and help guide his smarts into becoming the best companion anyone could ask for. If you’re ready for a lifetime of fun, love, and a few cheeky adventures, Aum is ready to join your pack!   Is your home ready for Aum’s big heart and even bigger personality? All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.
