Calling all experienced Pyrenees lovers!! Gus McFloof may have a fluffy face and name but he’s a force to be reckoned with. He’s 140#, perfect with dogs, cats, birds/ any animal! BUT he steals. That’s right; he steals things off the kitchen counter then guards them with all 140lbs. It sounds funny… we laugh too… but trust us you won’t be laughing if it happens to you. SO, he needs a home willing to have strict rules and boundaries. He cannot be allowed in the kitchen; seriously. Two trainers have not been able to replicate the behavior to work on it; it’s like he knows… He’s otherwise fully trained. We will be strictly requiring Pyrenees breed experience and a fenced yard for Gus and he’s #notallowedinthekitchen All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter. Winnifred, is half great pyrenees / half Rottweiler- We think- She's for sure all goofy dog lol. Winnie loves food & will trick if there are treats! I'm hoping a single, fit / good health, middle aged / older lady like myself who wouldn't mind a loving 70 pounds cutie to entertain her with fetch, tricks, & playful curiosity! We always have a gentle lead on since she's so strong & she amazingly calm with one on- She is not a fan for whatever reason of men of all sizes especially in hats. We have never had a man in the home & prefers women. The few children interactions had been great. Great at dog parks & kennels. The dogs have traveled a lot & when you're in a hotel high rise & the next green patch is 7 blocks away in the am, they are troopers & adapt easy!Or if your'e waiting the rain out- Winnie is a fan of snow- not rain- She's in great health enjoys cuddles! Jackson was adopted from the Humane society of Greate Dayton at 4 months old. Jackson is very sweet and extremely smart. He loves to play, and is super friendly. I watch my grandaughters all week who are still under 5 years old. As a result he is not getting the attention I feel he deserves. I belive he would thrive in a home with a large back yard and an owner that is able to devote more time with him.

Aylin is a beautiful, 2 year old Anatolian Shepherd mix. Anatolian’s are known for their background of herding and protecting endangered species. Typically their breed are independent but not Aylin. She is 72 lbs and full of love to give. Although big, she is gentle and would love a family that matches her sweet nature. Aylin does well with meeting new people and dogs. She loves her Benebone and chewing on other toys. She came from a shelter, so she will need someone who is patient with her and help with training such as leash training (does well with a Halti collar) and redirecting during loud sounds. She loves car rides, has become a pro at jumping in and out of the SUV, and meeting new people! She eats well, will graze her food throughout the day, just don’t leave a trash can open near her. Aylin is a very special girl and would love someone to relax with after her walks and is the definition of Netflix and Chill. As a bonus, Aylin is fully house trained! All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.
