Judy   Female, Siberian Husky, Estimated Date of Birth 5/12/2019 (5 years), weight 64lbs   Affectionate by nature, Judy is all about love: soaking it up and dishing it out in equal measure. When someone showers her with affection, her happy meter wags enthusiastically. But what truly makes her heart skip a beat is the prospect of having a family of her own.    Judy is very playful.  She loves tug of war, chasing after balls and sniffing out those elusive squirrels. And yet, there's a softer side to this Judy too. She finds contentment lying beneath the shade of a tree, savoring the beauty of the day. And when you're busy at work, Judy is more than happy to be your trusted companion, nestled under the desk, keeping you company.   Above all else, Judy's heart yearns to be with her people. Love and companionship is the heartbeat of her existence. With an eagerness to learn, Judy strives to please her family. Treats, praise, and attention encourage her on to be the very best furry friend she can be. Her deepest wish is to find a real family, one that will embrace her with open arms and shower her with the love she so fervently dreams of.   No Dogs No Cats Kids OK House trained Leash trained Crate trained     * A generous donor sponsored the adoption fee which helps cover vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, deworming and microchipping. Judy can be transported to  Hagerstown, MD;  Milford PA; Plantsville CT; and Warwick RI for a fee of $200.   * The application is the first step in all inquiries and adoptions      Canine Compassion Fund - Online Adoption Application www.caninecompassionfund.org/Forms/OnlineAdoptionApplication   * Additional information is available on our site caninecompassionfund.org August 17, 2024, 1:51 pm

Story
Meet Ozzy, a spirited four-year-old Siberian Husky with captivating brown eyes. He’s ready to bring joy and adventure into your life! Ozzy is energetic and loves exploring the outdoors. He’s intelligent, quickly learns new things, and often seems to think he can converse in English, adding his charming commentary on life. While Ozzy is delightful with people, he can be assertive with other dogs, considering himself the "Alpha." However, with patient guidance and proper introductions, he can get along well with other dogs. Despite his feisty nature, Ozzy loves cuddles. He thrives on affection and melts hearts with his sweet demeanor. At night, he enjoys cozying up in the master bedroom, cherishing companionship. We seek someone who understands Huskies' needs and can provide the love and care Ozzy deserves. An experienced individual or family with ample outdoor space would be ideal. Ready to welcome Ozzy into your life? Reach out today to ensure Ozzy finds the perfect forever home

Story
adoption donation : $699 weight 45 lbs Age: 10 months as of 8/15 Echo is a friendly, easy going and mellow pup, she loves to play with other dogs and adores her toys and bones. Echo was taken in by Wags after her family moved to another state and was unable to find a rental that would accept her. They were devastated, but wags promised to find echo a wonderful family who would appreciate such a special girl   Since she arrived at the rescue Echo has settled in  beautifully, she gets along with everyone and her tail never stops wagging.   Echo has had her vaccinations and has been spayed  and is a healthy and happy girl who will make a wonderful companion to the lucky family who adopts her.   Please note that Wags of Monroe county is a struggling 501(c) 3 volunteer organization where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Wags desperately need to raise funds to help the sick and older dogs at the rescue. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. For more information on adopting Echo or any of our other dogs please email mariaeftimiades@yahoo.comAugust 19, 2024, 7:04 am
