Story
Reggie, Lab mix, 3.5 yrs., 65-70 lbs. We are sadly looking to re-home Reggie due to difficulties with our older and smaller dog. He is energetic, sweet, and playful. He’s a very active dog and requires plenty of walks and playtime every day - rain or shine. He likely would be best in a home with no small children. In general, he gets along very well with other dogs, but would not want him to go to a home with any small dogs. Reggie is a very sweet boy and someone looking for a dog would be lucky to have him. Courtesy listing. Call Cindy 970-353-1385

Story
Rye is an extremely loving dog. He is about a year old and needs a lot of walks and training. My schedule is full-time work and school. Rye deserves an energetic home full of love and affection. My understanding is that he is a lab and a rottweiler. His energy is contagious, and he loves to give to others. The dog enjoys walking a lot and loves to play. At night, he sleeps in his crate without any problems. There are times when he chases my cats and barks at them. He has been wonderful with strangers and their pets when meeting people on walks.

Story
Hi! My name is Blakie. I’m a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie mix, around 9 months old, and 35 lbs. I’m currently staying in Denver with my foster mom and sister. We get along great and love playing and giving each other kisses. You can see us together in some of my photos. I can be a bit shy with new people and places but warm up quickly if you give me time. Once I’m comfortable I’ll hand out endless kisses and expect many belly rubs. I’m already comfortable staying in my crate to sleep at night and happily get in on my own and go right to sleep. I also love stuffed animals and toys and enjoy bringing them all out on the balcony to pile around me.

Story
Esther is a precious Yellow Labrador Retriever that is currently being fostered with one of our dog trainers that specializes in timid, shy dogs.  She is a breeder release and is guessed to be around 5 years old.   She is absolutely adorable and her foster mom says she is making great progress but is still very nervous around new people. She is super sweet and wants so badly to come close but is still quite nervous. She is fully kennel trained and loves, loves, loves her kennel, it is her safe place.  She loves to be out in the dog run and is potty trained at her foster mom's house.  Esther is walking well on the leash and also knows sit, but will need someone to introduce her to the world slowly to give her time to adjust to her new life. There are lots of other dogs at her foster moms house so we know she is dog friendly, her foster doesn't have any cats but thinks she would be fine with them if introduced properly.  She thinks she would do better in a home with a confident dog or in a quiet home with adults or older quiet kids only. She will need an adopter who will give her love and patience. Please consider this adorable girl as a part of your new family. She deserves all the love in the world and will give you a lifetime of love.  The shy dogs become the most loyal dogs and LOVE LOVE LOVE their humans.  She has so much love to give and is looking for her FurEver Home.

Story
They don’t come much sweeter than little Sonny. He loves nothing more than being picked up for a cuddle after having a romp and explore in the yard. See that leaf!? So does Sonny, and he would love to check it out with you. Looking like a teddy bear isn’t his only skill, he is also showing an inclination to do his business outdoors which is a great start to potty training! Sonny is doing wonderfully at meeting new people of all ages and loves to play with the resident dogs in his foster home. He loves to relax near his people and dog friends after a big romp and has a calm demeanor for a puppy. Sonny is up to date on all his shots and ready for his forever home. Come meet Sonny today in his foster home in Fort Collins!
