Meet Wolf! This sweet gentleman has three favorite pastimes: staying close to his humans, snoozing in his dog bed, and playing with his canine siblings. He’s working on kennel training and often retreats to his crate for a quick reset. Wolf has a playful side and enjoys toys, though he’s still learning to share with his canine friends. He also believes that what’s yours is his, so keeping your remote control and snacks out of reach is a must! He’s beginning to learn leash etiquette and basic household manners, making great strides every day. If you're looking for a loyal companion who loves long walks in the park and watching the sunset by your side, Wolf is ready to be your perfect match.
Wolf is a 5-month-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $500 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Wolf is also tested with other dogs and children. He is not tested with cats. He is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home.
The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.
We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)
Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed.
Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
