We do not allow shipping & do not transport. You must live within 350 miles from Maryville, IL & able to drive there for a meet and greet. We are a 100% foster-based rescue. Applications & FAQ about our adoption process can be found on our website. Blanche is a low key, quiet little girl. Until now, she has spent her time raising puppies for other families. Now, she has the chance to find her family & to be loved for the rest of her life. She has had very little human interaction, so humans are unfamiliar to her. She is very brave, and will smell your hand & take treats from you. She just needs some time to get used to movement & home noises. She will do best learning from other 4-legged siblings so we would like to see her find a home with some friends of similar size & energy level. She follows her foster siblings around, like in & out the door for potties. Going from room to room & different activities. Blanche is not yet ready to be a lap dog, and she isn't a dog that you can just pick up. She will need time to establish trust & relationships with her family. She is still not accepting of the harness and leash. Therefore, for her safety, a secure physically enclosed area is a must. She isn't an outdoor adventure dog; she doesn't need a yard that she can run around in. But she does need a very secure area to do her potty business. Never EVER should she be left in the yard alone. If you are looking for a quiet friend, Blanche would love to hang out with you! We hope to find her a human friend that is interested in spending the day with Blanche watching & observing the wonderful world around her. She is a dog that is finally getting her chance to lounge around & be a dog!

Ant is a 7 year old Maltichon.  He came to us from a back yard breeder where he was living outside in a kennel with several other dogs.  Ant tested positive for heartworms and is currently going through his treatment.  He will be ready for adoption towards the end of September.  We would like to have a home ready for him by then.  Ant has been good with the other dogs, volunteers and children.   We are unsure about cats (he is only 8lbs though).  Ant is doing very well with his potty training too.  Please help us find a home for him when he is ready (towards the end of September). Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Omgosh folks, we have got the cutest overload going on with this lil guy looking for a home to call his very own. I am Sebastian, and I'm around 4-5 months old and super sweet, loving and not to mention, I'm playful too! Nothing better then exploring this big ole world and playing with my siblings. I only come in at around 6lbs and should be right about the 10lb area when I get myself fully growed up. Because of my size I'd do best in a home without small kiddos. I would do great with a playful furry 'sibling' to chase around stealing...err I meant sharing toys! Although I haven't met any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet but introduced properly at my tender age I should do just fine with them too! Hi, my name is Uric. I am a very laid-back 6 year old Maltese/poodle mix. I’m looking for someone that wants to love on me and help me to feel secure. I would do well in an apartment or a home. If there are kids, I need them to be older, and respectful of me, as I am such a little guy (only 5 lbs). I’m doing pretty well with my potty training. I go potty outside, when asked to. But I’m not so good at running up to someone and reminding them. I’m not a fan of a crate at night…I really love sleeping in the big bed with foster mom. But my very favorite thing to do is follow foster mom around and snuggle up with her, wherever she goes! I would make a wonderful addition to any kind of family. I am up to date on all my vaccinations, had a negative heartworm test and am on monthly preventative. I’m also neutered, had a dental, and microchipped. My adoption fee is $350.00.
