My name is Bobby and I am from Minnesota! From his foster: Bobby (also known as Jerry, Bobby-Jerry, and Robert Gerald when he is in trouble with the law or on a job interview) is a 65+ pound, certified WildBoi™. He's young, and full of energy and love. Some of the basics he has mastered: crate training (you say "crate", he goes into his crate!); going to the bathroom outside (since being with his foster family since mid-November, he's only had one accident in his crate and it was absolutely human error and no fault of his own); snuggling; playing fetch; shaking paws. If you're sitting on the toilet he will come in, sit right in front of you, and go in for a handshake like he's just given the best workplace presentation of his life. Overall a very good boy, 10/10 would recommend. Bobby's ideal forever home is probably a space that doesn't share walls with neighbors as he has some barking tendencies (someone's gotta watch the neighborhood, ya know?) Additionally, since his leash manners need some work, a fenced yard would be amazing so he can just run around and tire himself out. He has been staying with an older (11 year old), smaller (40 lb) foster canine sister and typically is respectful but he would be best suited in a family with a younger, confident dog who can match his freak (crazy energy). He hasn't been tested with cats or children since being in foster, unsure of his previous experience with cats/kiddos before entering foster back in November.

This girl was found as a stray and her owners refused to come pick her up so she is in search of another home. She is a sweet lady, a bit shy, but friendly. She is out of any puppy energy phase but does still like to play and she does get the zoomies. She was house-trained so would need to relearn it. She does well in a car and is okay on a leash. She does not get along with smaller dogs and probably not a fan of cats. She will need time to warm up to a person but is just a sweetheart when she knows you! She would be wonderful as a walking companion and lounge buddy. She is in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders.

Chaplin is a delightful pup born on 12/8/23, full of joy and playful energy! He has a very friendly personality and loves both human friends and canine foster siblings. He enjoys playing with squeaky toys and bones, exploring new places, and making new friends on walks. Chaplin is fully kennel trained and potty trained. He can be a bit nervous when completely alone but does well when other pets are around, making him a great fit for a home with kids or a furry sibling. Chaplin is affectionate, cuddly, and eager to please. He’s adaptable but prefers to avoid super loud noises. He can also respond to the commands sit, stay, and heal! He is an absolute joy and will make any family Happy! I’m Nutella and am from Alabama. My foster momma says I should dream big because I deserve my biggest dream. So here it goes. My wish is to find my forever home. A home that is going to love me unconditionally for all that I am. See I only have three legs. After I was hit by a car in 2023 the doctors did everything they could to save my leg however the best thing for me was to amputate in April 2023. I’ve had to adjust lots since then however I’m a Warrior! These amazing humans from Warrior Dog Rescue brought me to Minnesota where more amazing humans brought me into their home, have shown me so much love, and taken care of me while I continue to heal. They have taken me to a special dog therapy doctor. I have a special bed I lay on every day that is really helping me feel better. I also take some really good medication that helps me feel better too. Our goal is to one day not need all of them. We are working on my walking. I can walk about five minutes and then I need to be done but each week I can another 5 minutes and see how I do. I do get pretty sore but we are confident in time I’ll be able to walk longer. It’s hard to keep me down :) I’m in what the humans call my adolescence stage. Where I can be a little stubborn and sassy. I need a family that will understand my breed and need for at times to have some space and make me take “breaks” as my foster mom calls them. See sometimes I don’t know what’s best for me and I need to take a break. I dream of a home that will have a fenced in yard to keep me safe. As much as I like to play with the dogs I live with (4 of them), I might like being the only dog or one that doesn’t mind me stealing the bones and toys and doesn’t react. I really like the resident cat and we play often. My other dream would be to have a home where they continue to help me on my healing journey and a home without a lot of stairs. My foster mom says I’m the best snuggler and have the softest ears. She giggles when they bounce when I bark. I love snuggling in bed and enjoy the little massages I get. I do really well in my kennel when they leave for work or when they leave me out. I also like to chew on bones and balls. I also like when my foster momma puts out puzzles for me to play with, it keeps my mind busy and really enjoy the treats that are in them. I can’t wait to be able to run in the yard and chase after the ball like I used to. I also love to be outside and find the treasures I bring outside and chew on sticks. I really like being on the boat in the summer. Foster momma also says there are so many things to love about me it’s hard to put in words. Hi! I'm Brady! I'm from Kansas. From his foster: Brady is a stunning, exuberant, and affectionate pointer mix. Brady is a lot of fun! He is estimated to be 4 years old but still has a lot of puppy energy. He's happiest when playing, exercising, and learning. He requires physical and mental stimulation to thrive. Brady benefits from strong leadership and training. He is a dog who will bond strongly with his owner/leader. He completed a 6 week basic obedience training with his foster mom. He's learned his house manners and we're now working on leash skills and building confidence. He's a super smart boy. Brady attends dog day care once per week and does great! If you enjoy the loyalty and athleticism of working breeds, this handsome boy may be for you! Brady is a bit fearful of new situations. But once be feels safe, he's very affectionate. Has a teenager in his foster home, who he gets on great with. Not recommended for young children due to his strong play style. Brady likes his crate can be left for a few hours at a time. He is never crated all day and we do not leave him outside his crate when alone. A fenced yard would really help to keep Brady active, as would a dog companion. But not required if there are other options for exercise & engagement. From the vet team: Brady was found to be lyme positive. It is currently not causing any issues for Brady and likely a pre-existing condition.
