Story
Introducing London! She is a beautiful pittie mix who was out of time in the shelter.  Her estimated dob is 3/1/24 and should be around 50 to 55lbs full grown. London is doing well.  She is a typical puppy who needs rules and boundaries.  She is easily redirected to her toys.  She does like to dig a little and explore the yard.  She is doing great with the other pack members in the house.  She is an exhuberant player. We are walking in the neighborhood.  She is also learning basic commands.  She is also getting used to a crate.  Potty training is ongoing but we are progressing.  Car rides are also going well.  Cats are unknown. London's wish list: 1.   secure yard 2.   no small children 3.   Obedience training necessary 4.   Daily walks 5.   Continued socialization     Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group. Adoption fees range from $350-$475 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us. We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

Story
Charlotte is a sweet, gentle lady looking for her new home. She is house trained, enjoys short to medium neighborhood walks, car rides, and cuddling with you. She loves to be nearby her people and will give you gentle kisses when you pet her. She knows sit, down, and wait and has started to learn "shake", too. Charlotte's favorite things are belly rubs, playing ball, going for car rides, and going for walks. Be aware that she loves to deconstruct her stuffed toys, so keep stuffed animals out of her reach unless you want a stuffing surprise! She walks nicely on leash, very little pulling. Charlotte spent a weekend with two of our foster volunteers and they learned that she is a low to medium energy dog with polite indoor manners. They shared, "When you are in the kitchen, she is nearby - but not underfoot. When you are on the sofa, she will be by your side. If you are snacking on the sofa, a gentle "no" will keep her from sneaking a bite off your plate. She is a happy dog who will sleep curled up in bed with you." They created a video so you can learn more about her, so be sure to click on the video link or scan the QR code on her habitat at Placer SPCA. Charlotte can be fearful in new spaces, so we are recommending that any children in her new home are age 10 or older so they can understand her needs. She prefers to be the only dog in the household so we are requiring that there are no other dogs in her new home. She may not visit dog parks.***Check out my video by clicking "play" under my photos!***Adoption Price: $200Monthly Promotion Applies.

Story
Belle of the Ball? Or perhaps, "Bella! The Ball!"Bella recently charmed everyone on a trip to a volunteer's home. She hopped into the car with ease and showed impeccable manners, even when french fries were on offer. At home, Bella explored the backyard, made a quick pit stop, and then toured the house, settling in quickly. She adapted seamlessly to the family's rhythm. The highlight of Bella's day? Tennis ball fetch! She eagerly awaited each throw, staying close and ready for more. While her human companion worked on the computer, Bella patiently waited with a tennis ball, ever ready to play. Bella loves carrying a tennis ball or soft toy during walks, prancing proudly with her prize. However, she is required to be the only dog in her new home and is still learning to share her favorite toys, so any children should be 10 or older. Our Behavior Team will provide a consult to discuss her individual needs.Ready to make Bella your one-and-only? She's ready to bring joy and fetch games to her forever home!Monthly Promotion AppliesAdoption Price: $150
