He is a people kitty, he likes to conversate with you about his day and is eager to hear about yours. He would be a great companion for someone who works from home or is retired as he always loves to be right next to his human. Do you think Sydney could be the guy you've been searching for? Story
Apollo is a sweet, playful, and curious kitten with a big heart. Though he’s the biggest of his litter, he’s a little shy at first and needs some time to feel safe. Once he’s comfortable, his adventurous side comes out, and he’s ready to explore! He loves checking every corner, inspecting every room, and finding exciting new things to investigate. He’s also quite the athlete, enjoying climbing and jumping as high as he can. Feather wands are his absolute favorite toys, and he can’t resist chasing down toy mice like a little hunter. When it’s time to rest, Apollo loves snuggling up with his siblings for a cozy nap. He’s also a big fan of cuddling with his humans. He’ll curl up on your lap, purring loudly to show his affection and asking for plenty of pets and head scratches. Apollo is fixed, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV tested and microchipped. Apollo & Comet are a bonded pair. Meet and greets are by appointment only.   MUST FOLLOW APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Go to  https://www.kittenrescue101.org/adopt/available-cats and Click "adopt" on the cat's profile you are interested in. Clicking adopt does not mean that you are adopting this cat. It will take you to an application to fill out which is the first step of the adoption process. (NOTE: If the kitten is a bonded pair, do not apply for him/her as a single kitten. These applications will not be considered)  2) If your application is approved, you will receive a call back within 2-3 days with an appointment time slot. We do our best to match the cat to the best environment/family/situation as possible based on the cat's personality and temperament.  3) Please note, we do not adopt single kittens. Adopter must have an existing young kitty or be open to adopting a pair. Story
Comet is a sweet, loving, and playful male kitten, just waiting to steal your heart. He has a great personality and warms up to people quickly. Comet adores his people and loves to interact with them. He often starts purring the moment he is petted. He likes to be held and cuddled, and always looking for affection. He loves to snuggle up to either his siblings and or with his humans. Comet loves toy mice, and can't seem to get enough of them! He likes to walk around with one in his mouth and make growling noises so no one will steal it from him. He also loves to wrestle and play tag with his siblings, chasing each other around. Comet is fixed, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV tested and microchipped. Comet & Apollo are a bonded pair. Story
Nate is a suave, easy-going guy with super soft fur who adores cheek and forehead scratches. Nate is an affectionate, curious and playful guy—showing his playful spirit and zest for life. And he loves attention! He will start out timid with new people and changes to his living space so he will do best with people that have experience and patience and the willingness to encourage and support him through his adjustment to a new home with new people. It will be worth your effort and won't take him long to show his personality. Once he knows a person and feels comfortable in his new space, Nate is a real charmer. Nate may do fine with a cat-friendly dog and/or another cat in his new home. He has done well with cats in his foster home that are confident with another cat and not reactive. We believe he would do fine in a home with children over age 6. Nate is FIV+ but is in good health and is expected to live a normal life, both in quality and duration. Estimated birth date is early 2022. Kitty Bio# 3876MB-Na. Good with cats, Needs special attention, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Apple is a big sweet kitty with an even bigger personality. He is a handsome lynx point Siamese tabby mix with a short tail. He's a strong alpha male. He can’t help but be the center of attention because he is vocal, social and engaging. Apple is smart, independent, and doesn’t hesitate to add his opinion. While not a cuddler he loves being petted. He will be more your pal and companion than your fur baby. He likes to interact and play with other cats and toys. Apple must be on a prescription food diet to prevent urinary blockage. The diet has kept it well under control and will be necessary for the rest of his life. His ideal guardian or family is one with experience reading cat body language and who can be confident and firm with him as well as gentle to gain his trust. He needs an adults only home preferably with another cat and would probably be OK with a calm dog. Estimated birth date is September 2020. Kitty Bio #581LRo-Ap   If you're interested in adopting this or another of our cats, please fill out our adoption questionnaire at http://icraeastbay.org/adopt/how-to/.January 7, 2025, 7:46 pm
