Story
We started caring for Leo when our relative owner passed. He has 4 foster siblings that we are also caring for. The others that you will find on this site are Princess, Coco and Marco. We want to rehome them in pairs. Leo is yorkshire, honey and gold fur, likes to chill but does have energy, toy size (about 4 lbs.), indoor dog and about 8 years old. He has been neutered and his rabies vaccine is current. He gets along well with his foster siblings. He may be best adopted with Marco who you will find in another profile. They often sleep in the same bed. Leo loves attention. He does not like to walk and is content to stay at home, inside. Leo pees and poos on a pad indoors or in the back yard. Leo always barks at cats. Leo needs dental work that adopter will need to pay for. Prospective adopter agrees to keep him in the house, except for supervised outings, and agrees to send photos of Leo. Return him to us if unable to care for him..

Looks like: Yorkie mix Female, 14 years old (estimated), 12 pounds Say hello to Maddie and Twinkie, the sweetest mother-daughter duo you'll ever meet! These gals love spending time together but are surprisingly independent as well! They are angels with all people they meet and also love other dogs! They will seperate to mingle with other dogs and very cutely check in on each other during playtime. These easygoing girls will do great in just about any home! They are both very loyal to their person and do really well on leashed walks. Can you offer them their new forever home? Both of these girls came to POMDR because their elderly guardian could no longer care for them.

Paris has done the hard work of raising her puppies, and now it’s her turn to find the perfect forever home! This sweet 2 year old Yorkie-Jack Russell Terrier mix is a gentle, loving companion who is blossoming more each day. Paris starts her mornings with a stroll and breakfast before settling in for a quiet day at home while her foster parent is at work. She’s adjusting to alone time and spends her afternoons napping. Once her person is home, it’s time for another walk, errands, dinner, and cuddle time before she curls up on the bed for the night. While Paris can be a little shy in new situations, she warms up quickly and wants to love everyone. She’s curious but cautious—stopping to observe the world around her, from bicycles to mirrors. She’s not a clingy Velcro dog, but she does love to snuggle on the couch when she’s in the mood. Paris is fully house-trained and a great walking buddy! She’s still learning leash manners (sometimes she zigzags to sniff all the exciting smells), but she enjoys her outings. She’s met other dogs in public and seems most interested in adult dogs her size. We recently introduced her to a friend’s dog, and she did well! With slow introductions, she could absolutely share her home with a canine companion. Like the city she’s named after, Paris is full of charm and elegance, with just the right amount of spunk. She would love to go to work with her future person—she’s quiet, well-mannered, and happy to nap the day away in an office or dog-friendly space. She’s also the perfect pup for an apartment or condo, as she doesn’t need a yard to thrive, just daily strolls and love. Paris isn’t just named after the City of Lights—she’ll light up your life with her sweet nature, loving eyes, and growing confidence. She’s learning to embrace the world one step at a time, and with a little patience and encouragement, she’ll soon be as dazzling as the Eiffel Tower at night. Are you ready to fall in love? Because Paris is always a good idea! Ready to meet Paris? She’s waiting for her happily ever after!March 15, 2025, 8:58 pm
