      Meet Gusty (Weather): A Sweet Silky Yorkie Mix Looking for His Forever Home!   Location: Near Pittsburg, CA Breed: Silky Yorkie Mix Age: Approximately 2 years Weight: 6 lbs   Gusty is a charming little guy who may need some extra patience and understanding. Here’s what you need to know about him:   Personality: Gusty is incredibly timid and requires a gentle touch. He gets anxious when picked up, so the best way to comfort him is to hold him close to your chest and let him nestle into your neck. He loves being brushed and petted while lounging on your lap.   Diet: Gusty prefers dry food and isn’t interested in vegetables, fruits, or toys. He’s content burrowing into his blanket or snuggling up with his person.   &#239&#184&#143 Routine: He’s play pen trained and sleeps soundly through the night. Gusty is currently working on potty training with pee pads, and although he’s still adjusting, we’re confident he’ll improve with time and patience.   Compatibility: Gusty gets along well with other dogs but hasn’t been around cats. How could this delicate little nugget have been a stray!?!? She has been neglected for some time and is settling into the good life, learning that she is safe and sound. She is kind, quiet, mellow and a gentle old soul. Sophie is good with dogs, probably cats, and gentle teenagers. She truly is a kind soul! We think that she's 14 years old and she weighs a whopping 5 lbs. Our vet has done extensive tests on our little nugget and, other than minor changes to her liver, she is healthier than first thought! She will need to take a liver supplement for the foreseeable future, and we will have her spayed once she's gained a little weight. Sophie deserves the world. We know that she will be a wonderfully loyal lap dog and she will do well in most any mellow home.

Meet the beautiful Bunny! She is a 2 ½ -year-old, 10 pound, scruffy, white and apricot, (Malchi) (Maltese/Chihuahua mix. This adorable girl has a merry twinkle in her eyes that will melt your heart! Bunny is a high energy girl and needs an ACTIVE ADULT ONLY home where she will be walked and played with daily. She was surrendered to us because her family didn't have time for her and sadly she spent most of her day in a crate. Bunny is waiting to see how wonderful life is! She needs and deserves to be your best friend! She LOVES all your attention and prefers to be an only dog though she does play with other dogs. Her favorite game is pouncing at you and trying to get you to chase her. For being such a playful girl, she really LOVES to cuddle her human. She would love to spend quality time with you. She loves to sit in your lap or next to you. She enjoys going on walks and rides well in the car. She will require occasional professional grooming.
