Story
My name is Jane, and I am a sweet 5–6-year-old Pitbull mix. I am hoping to find a family that will promise me forever, and that will take me on walks/runs. I would love a fenced yard, but that is not a deal breaker as long as you like to go on adventures. I am totally housebroken and crate trained. I do have some energy but prefer to cozy up on the couch with my person. I hope to meet you today!!!Please check out our adoption process & on-line application here: https://www.newhopepetrescue.com/Adoption Fee for dogs cover the following vetting:1. Story
Meet Angie ~~ What a beautiful girl ❤️This little girl has had a rough couple months. She came up from Georgia where the hurricane destroyed her shelter. She was adopted and returned by no fault of her own and thought she would be adopted again, but did not work out. Again, no fault of her own.🐾 She is UTD, microchipped, spayed and HW-🐾 Approximately 1- 1 1/2 yrs old & weighs approximately 47lb and Pitt mix🐾 Shy, a little timid and sometimes scared depending on the situation and new people. Does not like the vacuum cleaner or any loud noises.🐾 Likes to chew. Anything hard or pork chomps. 🐾 She is sweet and loves her people once she trusts you. She opens up. 🐾 Constantly gives kisses. 🐾 Learning to sit.🐾 Loves sitting with you, napping or sleeping. Complete snuggle bug. 🐾 Excellent at night, as long as she potties before she goes to bed she will sleep with you. Potty trained, if on a regular schedule. 🐾 She does not like her crate, but she will go in quietly. Does not like anything on or around her crate, she will have everything pulled in. Crated approximately 6 to 7 hours a day. 🐾 Some what active little girl and likes to be outside as long as someone or another dog is out with her. She likes her walks and does pretty good on a leash. 🐾 Gets along great with other dogs her size or bigger. Has not been tested with smaller dogs. Was cat tested and seemed non-reactive at the time.🐾 Does need to be on a lamb or beef dog food. 🐾 Doesn’t care for baths, but does tolerate them. Not a big fan of getting her nails cut.🐾 Angie is learning how to play. Foster mom doesn’t think she’s ever played before except with other dogs. She is learning to play on the floor with foster mom and is silly. 🐾 Not kid tested.
