Marshall needs a loving home with a big yard. He loves to run and needs his daily exercise. He is a family dog and would love to play with kids and other furry friends. So he knows ‘sit, lay, stay’ however he needs work more on his ‘wait’ and recall He has a kennel He is a rescue dog as well He nips but it is shallow so if you have kids be aware he may nip on them He is a Blue Heeler Cattle Dog His breed requires patience and good care

Story
My Tyson is a 6 year old male Red Heeler. He absolutely loves to fetch and needs a job.I have kennel trained him.He loves being inside and laying around too.He can fetch and do some commands , shake sit lay down. Loves walks and loves to stare you down like he looks right through you. He has been neutered and had all his baby shots and has been on 3 months flea pills. He likes to nip but doesnt hurt you when he gets excited to run and chase the balls and toys thrown and will bark up a storm until you throw it.Loves to try to catch them before they hit the ground chases frisbees too. And jump in the air to catch things. He is very smart as well . He will walk beside me when I take him out to do his business and not run off . He will come back when you call his name. I would love to keep him but under challenges &difficult circumstances and my new landlord cant. Keep him. I am looking for a new loving forever home that can spend good quality time with him and love him as much as I do.

Story
NEWBIE ALERT! Meet Kavi! This sweet girl is being pulled from a rural overcrowded shelter with her one surviving baby! Kavi is a cattle dog mix. She’s around 2 years old and 40 lbs. She’s a super sweet girl. She gets along with others and just wants to be loved. She’s been the best momma but that time is coming to an end and her baby is being weaned. She will be adoption ready once cleared for spay. She is utd and hw tested. We will update her info once settled in!  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. All dogs over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule on all healthy and adoptable dogs. We have researched and discussed in depth with multiple vets everything on pediatric spay and neuter and from a rescue stand point it must be done. Please do not ask for an extension on spay and neutering, it will NOT be granted on a healthy puppy!  Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers. This deposit is applied to your adoption fee and the remaining $125 is due at pick up. Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications! Thank you!
