Story
This is a courtesy post for No Pawz Left Behind. Please email nopawzleftbehind@gmail.com for an application if you would like to adopt Bailey!! Sweet 1 year old Bailey is looking for a new home, and she's going to make a new family very happy! She's house trained, crate trained, and does good on a leash. If you have dogs already, 35lb Bailey would love to have another doggie in the home to play with! She's got a bit of energy, so a nice fenced in yard to romp and play in would be wonderful, but it's not required for an active family that loves to go for walks, hikes and other fun activities outside the home. She is being tested to see how she does with cats.  Her adoption fee is $150, and includes spay, up to date vaccinations, hw test and preventative, microchip, and endless love and appreciation from this incredibly sweet dog! This is a courtesy post for No Pawz Left Behind. Please email nopawzleftbehind@gmail.com for an application if you would like to adopt Bailey!!    March 20, 2025, 9:56 am

TEDDY 4YRS 30LBS MALE AUS CATTLE DOG LISA 2YR 20 LBS FEMALE MIX MUST HAVE ACD/HERDING BREED EXPERIENCE BONDED PAIR-Ever wanted a dog for you and a dog for your sig other but were afraid of clashing personalities? Well, not here because these two love each other, a LOT, so at least you know they get along perfectly and there is one for each of you. 2x the love!!!!!!!!!!!!! (And man, are they CUTE!) They travel often in the car with me for over an hour at a time - they do ride crated. Load up easy and ride quietly- unless we go through a drive through then Lisa has opinions about what she wants too. She likes to play ball, but not as intense as Teddy and will just let him get it and go find something else to do. They play and wrestle with each other and other dogs. Not overly rough but will get on ground with each other. They love to run laps in the yard chasing each other. They leave my uninterested dogs alone, as there is always someone else to play with. Lisa did not get along with my 1 male foster - just a little 10 pounder . Not sure who to started the war, but I did not leave them loose with each other * no actual fight/injury/contact ever occured. There was alot of noise 1 time, and they would grumble at each other when passing by each other's crates/run at work. Teddy is pretty easy going but doesn't like to be corrected. He will get bossy -verbal and pin someone who tries to But a sharp HEY from me and he will stop and walk away * never has been a fight or injury. Loves to play fetch and the other dogs do not challenge him to get the ball away from him. He would definitely destroy a stuffed toy if given the chance. They both love to chew on antlers/ nylabones/Benebone etc Teddy is a super cuddler and happy to hang on the couch or bed. Lisa loves attention too but takes a bit more to settle down at first. Both settle quickly and Quietly in a crate. They are both jumpers and when seeking attention. They have gotten better, but would need to be reminded of their manners going forward. We do not require a fenced BUT they would need a secure area to be able to run in and burn off energy weekly. Crate trained and housebroken   This animal is up to date on all shots, dewormed, and spayed/neutered. They have been heartworm tested (negative) and on prevention.  The adoption fee is $400.00 for the pair. Story
Bear is a sweet puppy girl who is super intelligent and the first pup in the group to try everything. She was born She probably will be 40 yo 50 pounds full grown. She is Australian Shepherd and beagle with some small mixes of Labrador Retriever, Chow and terrier.   Please remember pups looks and personalities can change QUITE a bit as they grow up. They lose their puppy coats and growth estimates are notoriously unreliable when dealing with mixed breeds. Also note that puppies are LOTS of work. They cannot be alone for 8 hours a day, they chew EVERYTHING, they are physically not capable of 'holding' it for long periods until they mature and they're top skill is usually finding trouble no matter how well you think you've puppy-proofed your home. PHYSICAL fence required BEAR will be ready to go home by mid April. Her adoption fee is $350 and includes spay, microchip, all age appropriate vaccines and prevention (flea, tick, heartworm). The first step in the adoption process is to  fill out an adoption application  today at our website  www.pawsandprayers.org  .   March 12, 2025, 3:34 pm

Story
Please contact Marty (marty@pawsandprayers.org) for more information about this pet.  Meet Poppy, the darling 30-pound bundle of joy bursting with personality! This loving lady was an amazing mom to five fabulous puppies. She's a delightful mix of Australian Shepherd and Beagle, with a sprinkle of Labrador Retriever, Chow, and terrier, all wrapped up in a petite package. Want to make her part of your family? Just hop over to www.pawsandprayers.org and fill out our no-strings-attached adoption application! Her adoption fee is $350, and remember, Poppy needs a PHYSICAL fence to roam her kingdom. Got questions? Shoot an email to marty@pawsandprayers.org !  She weighs 22.6 pounds as of 1/14/25. Oh, and here’s a friendly reminder: your current pets need to be on their vet game—routine check-ups, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and on heartworm prevention (for the pup pals). We’ll be checking those records, so giving your vet a heads-up will make everything smoother! Inquiries submitted through Petfinder or other third-party websites do not submit as applications in our database. March 15, 2025, 5:46 am
