Story
Before deciding to adopt, please make sure you are ready for a 12-15 year commitment. Too many people jump into adopting with good intentions because they see a cute photo. Suddenly they get home with the puppy and realize they are in over their heads and the only one that suffers is the dog. If you're ready to potty train, if you're ready to lose sleep, if you don't mind things getting chewed up around the house and if you work full time and have someone willing to come over during the day to let them out, then take the next step today! (8-10 hours alone for a puppy is not fair at this age and makes it much harder to potty train) This puppy has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated and dewormed which is included in the adoption fee.

Story
Autumn and her momma Audrey were recently reunited after being adopted out separately from a rural pound. This has been amazing, since they are VERY bonded! Neither was thriving without the other. Our vet's best guess is that Audrey is a cattle dog mix and Autumn looks to maybe have some pug in her! Audrey loves being with and playing with Autumn, but Audrey also enjoys her alone time and LOVES LOVES LOVES to snuggle on the couch (or elsewhere) with her people. She and Autumn are perfect riders on car rides, not anxious at all. They are great with cats, and have shown no signs of food aggregation nor toy aggregation. They are honestly the perfect combination. They love to be around, play and snuggle with you, but if you are busy, they will occupy their time with each other! It's truly a "win win" having them together! These girls would do well with a fenced in area, or running area would be ideal for them so they can romp together when they get the zoomies, or just lay out in the sunshine, enjoying the day. Audrey is a little on the timid side, so a home without small children would be best, as they may intimidate her. Fill out an application at www.maggiesmissionrescue.org

Meet Link. This handsome gentleman has overcome many hardships and hurdles so he could make the long journey to Ohio and hopefully become part of your family! Link loves to start his morning with snuggles , then continue with a game of tug or playing with his ball. Treats are another favorite of Link's! He is potty trained and crate trained. Link would benefit from a breed savvy home without small children. If you think you could be the forever family for Link, set up an appointment to meet him. You won't be sorry!
