Story
Matilda, or Tilly as we call her, has such a gentle soul. She is so beautiful, inside and out, and has found her confidence. She is the smallest of the litter, and you can tell when you watch her that she is a thinker. She loves getting snuggles more than anything, but is patient and waits her turn. She is gentle (she never has gone through a mouthy phase at all) and kind and just wants love and affection more than anything else (except maybe food!). Tilly loves to wrestle and chew on bones, adventure outside, and meet every person that come near her. She walks well on the leash, knows "sit", and is almost house trained! She is so intelligent and has that silly independent streak that reminds you that she is smart. Tilly has been well socialized with other dogs and children and people, so her confidence and friendliness has expanded tenfold. She is going to be an incredible addition to any family unit and will be an intelligent and mindful little girl.

Story
Finn is the smartest, sweetest, most sensitive and cuddliest dog who only wants to please his people. He attaches quickly and bonds deeply. He is also a herding dog through and through (his DNA test results say 75% of mostly australian shepherd, australian cattle dog, and border collie) with all the things that comes with the herding breeds. He is a quick study and needs a job. His herding nature has made him highly sensitive and suspicious of new things and loud noises. Finn is very trainable due to his intelligence and eagerness to please his people. Though he will never get into things he’s not supposed to or pee or poop inside the house or run away from you, he will lick your leg incessantly, chew a bone or ball on top of you, and make sure the entire neighborhood knows someone is walking by the house. Finn loves dogs who will play hard and long with him, and can be quite bossy about it (especially with submissive dogs). Finn loves people too, though tiny humans confuse and scare him and humans on roller skates, skateboards, dancing, skis, or otherwise moving “incorrectly” in his herding brain are to be chased and herded. Finn isn't a fan of cats so not kitties in his home. He also hardly sheds and has a short coat.  At 60 lbs with lanky legs and a muscular build, Finn is a dog made for herding and running cattle. A simple walk or two a day (or even hike) will not suffice. He needs brain work every single day. Finn is 2 and a half years old now and will likely not slow down until old age. His first people tried very hard to give him what he needs, but realized their suburban home was just not the right place for him, even with hikes and off-leash romps in open space. He needs wide open spaces and a way to use his brain and body continuously. He knows how to herd intuitively, and just needs someone to give him the opportunity with a real herd and some training with directions to be his best self. With the right environment, Finn would be an amazing work dog alongside you on a farm by day and cuddle up with you (and any other pups or humans in your life) next to a fire by night. Tired and content, he will flourish and be the best boy he’s always strived to be. Story
Brownie here to dazzle you with my puppy cuteness!  Of course, I'm much more than just my adorable appearance. I'm eager to learn and relying on you to show me the ropes and socialize me. I have a wonderful disposition and and I have known nothing but love and devotion. I'm looking for a family who wants to include me in some of their activies and are willing to provide the structure and guidance I need to thrive. Being from the herding breeds, I am intelligent, a quick learner and athletic. I will need daily activity, a fenced yard and some mental engagement (like learning how to sit, stay, come, and do tricks). I'm about 3-3.5 months old and 15 to 20 lbs. I will likely be a medium size dog as an adult. Training is a wonderful opportunity to build a lasting bond of mutual respect and understanding with your new companion. Even basic puppy socialization classes are exremely beneficial!! The reward is big and you will save a life and have a faithful companion furever!   If you would like to adopt please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $300 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  ##2140509##
