Where do I even start my Hilda is so beautiful with a playful personality! She will tire herself playing fetch she will bring you that ball all day .. she is a blue heeler and loves cuddles she is 2 years old and she is my oldest blue heelers daughter. This is the hardest thing I have ever done but I need Hilda to have someone that has more time for her! I have taken in two other dogs that were being neglected and I have no room for more dogs I would love someone to love her and have a yard for her or someone that is active blue heelers are very active and require excercise. Please reach out if you have any questions about Hilda thanks!

Story
Meet Macks, a 5-year-old Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix with a heart full of potential and a loving spirit. Macks was surrendered to a high-kill shelter after her previous owner passed away, and she’s now looking for a new family to give her the love and stability she deserves. Initially anxious and a bit flighty, Macks requires some time to build trust. However, once she feels secure, she becomes an incredibly affectionate and well-behaved companion. Macks is not fond of other dogs or cats, so she would do best in a home where she can be the only pet. She will thrive in a household with middle school-aged children or older, or with adults who can provide her with the patience and care she needs to feel at ease. If you're looking for a loyal and loving dog who will become deeply attached to her new family, Macks is ready to bring her devotion and warmth into your home.

Story
Meet the super smart and handsome Mr. Benny!  Fetch anyone?  He loves his ball and is a happy playful little dude.  He came in to his foster home in Boulder with his brother Renny.   Benny is quite cautious at first but warms up quickly and loves play time and of course treats.   Benny taught himself the dog door and takes himself out to do his business.  He has been spotted cuddling with the other foster puppies in the house.  Benny is part cattle dog (smarts!) and part lab and would do great with another dog in the house to show him the way.  He sleeps through the night in his crate and is non-destructive when left out and about in the house.   Benny is ffixed, fully vaccinated and microchipped.  He's about 25lbs and will grow up to be around 40lbs.   Hi, I'm Liz, his foster mom!   ##2279104##

Story
Juniper is a terrific girl who knows all her manners and likes to show off what she knows! She’s potty trained and walks great on and off leash. She plays fetch and is a terrific hiking partner!Juniper’s issues stem from her breed tendencies; she can be reactive while on leash and she tries to herd things. Her reactivity mainly presents as impulse-control: barking which she can be verbally interrupted during. She’ll bark at a dog on leash or from inside a car. She also struggles in the kennel environment. The lack of exercise and the constant dog presence has caused her to redirect. She lived at pranaDOGS for 5mo and lived with 4 other dogs in a group setting without issue. She doesn’t enjoy playing with other dogs but she cohabitated with them without issue. She should not live with a cat. Juniper isn’t thriving in the kennel environment and needs to be placed through a foster-home or another avenue. Juniper would do best in a home in a rural setting, or in an area without a lot going on. She would do best in a home where walking on leash isn’t her only means of exercise. And where she can be a dog and work some of her heeler tendencies. Currently in Durango, CO. ##1910911##

Shelter visiting hours are 12 pm to 4 pm - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Please fill out an adoption application at mamcorescue.org or attend one of our Saturday adoption event. Events are held each Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event: https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue  At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. ##1992740##

Story
Maya is a 6 year old mutt (blue heeler, lab, and staffordshire terrier mix) who is very eager to please. She loves learning new commands and can demonstrate sit, stay, down, spot (goes to her "spot"), and has a decent recall. She likes to have a job to do (she will play fetch until your arm can throw no more). Maya gets along well with other dogs and is also friendly with cats. Maya is loyal and attuned to her humans, and she can sometimes be protective. Maya is vocal when new people come over to the house and may take a couple visits to warm up to someone. She can also be skittish/anxious with delivery drivers and unfortunately, she's also skittish around small humans. She will thrive in a house with an experienced dog owner without young kids. ##267461##
