Story
Hello nice person. You say you are looking for a dog, well holy sausages, I am a dog and I’m looking for a human! That has gotta be karma. My name is Cooper, but my foster mom calls me Super Cooper. Do you want to see my toys? I have a whole collection. I particularly like crinkle toys and playing tug-of-war with my siblings. When I want your attention, I honk like a goose, which my foster mom thinks is so funny, but hey, that’s just one side of my unique personality. This is Cooper’s foster mom. Cooper’s other siblings were adopted last week; the result has been quite a transformation in his personality. His sisters “ran the show”; he was content to stay in the background. Now that he has the place to himself (other than my 2 dogs) his personality is blooming. He just loves following me around everywhere inside and out; he has become a personal assistant. He also has learned sit, and down, and has come a long way in his potty training. If you’re looking for a dog who is loving and loyal, i.e. BFF, Cooper is your guy. In fact, he is lying next to me as I write this. Come meet him this Saturday ##2297826##

She’s always ready for an adventure, whether it's playing, eating, exploring, or soaking up belly rubs. Her absolute favorite pastime? Encouraging her brothers and the resident dog to join in on her playful antics! She’s still mastering potty training but is making great progress—especially when yummy treats are involved. Leashes are still a bit of a fun toy in her mind, so she'll need some guidance to become a pro on walks, but she loves being outside. Tallulah is a total lovebug—she melts at the touch of belly and neck rubs, often flopping into “scooter leg” mode from pure happiness. If you're looking for a pup who will bring endless joy, energy, and cuddles into your life, Tallulah is your girl! Ready to meet Tallulah? He loves to sit back, take in the world around him, and slowly build up the confidence to jump into playtime. Patience is his superpower—he’s already a pro at “sit” and prefers to quietly wait for treats while his siblings romp around. Potty training is a work in progress, but he’s quickly learning that going outside earns him a delicious reward. His crate is his safe space—he willingly puts himself in for naps or quiet time when he needs a break. A little smaller and shyer than his brother and sister, Teagan prefers to observe before jumping into the action. He takes his time warming up to new people but, once he does, he’s all about belly rubs and companionship. He loves following his siblings and the resident dog around, soaking up every new experience at his own pace. Looking for a gentle, easygoing pup to be your loyal companion? Teagan is ready to meet you! ##2314441##

Story
Meet the super smart and handsome Mr. Benny!  Fetch anyone?  He loves his ball and is a happy playful little dude.  He came in to his foster home in Boulder with his brother Renny.   Benny is quite cautious at first but warms up quickly and loves play time and of course treats.   Benny taught himself the dog door and takes himself out to do his business.  He has been spotted cuddling with the other foster puppies in the house.  Benny is part cattle dog (smarts!) and part lab and would do great with another dog in the house to show him the way.  He sleeps through the night in his crate and is non-destructive when left out and about in the house.   Benny is ffixed, fully vaccinated and microchipped.  He's about 25lbs and will grow up to be around 40lbs.   Hi, I'm Liz, his foster mom!   ##2279104##

Story
Juniper is a terrific girl who knows all her manners and likes to show off what she knows! She’s potty trained and walks great on and off leash. She plays fetch and is a terrific hiking partner!Juniper’s issues stem from her breed tendencies; she can be reactive while on leash and she tries to herd things. Her reactivity mainly presents as impulse-control: barking which she can be verbally interrupted during. She’ll bark at a dog on leash or from inside a car. She also struggles in the kennel environment. The lack of exercise and the constant dog presence has caused her to redirect. She lived at pranaDOGS for 5mo and lived with 4 other dogs in a group setting without issue. She doesn’t enjoy playing with other dogs but she cohabitated with them without issue. She should not live with a cat. Juniper isn’t thriving in the kennel environment and needs to be placed through a foster-home or another avenue. Juniper would do best in a home in a rural setting, or in an area without a lot going on. She would do best in a home where walking on leash isn’t her only means of exercise. And where she can be a dog and work some of her heeler tendencies. Currently in Durango, CO. ##1910911##

Story
Meet Macks, a 5-year-old Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix with a heart full of potential and a loving spirit. Macks was surrendered to a high-kill shelter after her previous owner passed away, and she’s now looking for a new family to give her the love and stability she deserves. Initially anxious and a bit flighty, Macks requires some time to build trust. However, once she feels secure, she becomes an incredibly affectionate and well-behaved companion. Macks is not fond of other dogs or cats, so she would do best in a home where she can be the only pet. She will thrive in a household with middle school-aged children or older, or with adults who can provide her with the patience and care she needs to feel at ease. If you're looking for a loyal and loving dog who will become deeply attached to her new family, Macks is ready to bring her devotion and warmth into your home.

Story
Como is a 5-year-old rescue dog who has been a loving part of our family since he was six months old. He’s smart, obedient, and affectionate with people, including our young children. He learns quickly and adapts well—equally happy running for miles or lounging all day. However, as he matured, he developed anxiety, making him reactive around other dogs. Despite training and medication, his reactivity persists, though he has never shown aggression toward humans. With two small children, it’s increasingly difficult to provide him with the exercise he needs while managing his anxiety. Como thrives in an environment where he can get the exercise and space he deserves. If you’re interested in giving him a loving home, please reach out.
