Story
Polaris is a 5 year old pure bred Aussie from Oklahoma. If new home is willing to stay in contact and provide an additional $100, I can find and provide the ASDR pure bred registration papers. She is super sweet and loving with lots of energy. As an Australian Shepherd with lots of energy, she is better suited with kids over the age of 3 or 4 years old. I do not know if it is all cats, but we have one cat that she doesnt get along with (it could be the cat more than her but would advise to reconsider if you have cats). She has done well with all dogs so far. She grew up with two other female dogs. Reasons for rehoming: In process of moving, forced into a smaller home where we can no longer separate dogs on separate level than cats. There is a pet limit that we exceed by 1. And, we have a baby and thinking of another. She loves kids but is bigger and hyper active causing the baby to fall down when she tries to play/lick

Story
Hazel is a 10 year old beautiful Australian Shepard/Golden Retriever mix. She was abused as a puppy so she is very skittish. She has really bad anxiety and so she takes medication. She is very sweet and playful once she warms up to you. Because of her past she does not do well with kids or other dogs. She got along with the dog in the home that I adopted her from but i think my other two dogs personalities are too much for her. Please help me find a home for this sweet girl! She does not get along with my dogs so unfortunately I am unable to keep her for much longer.

Please contact Constance (connibouchard@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Rescued dogBiography Important Information Please read! If you are interested in me after reading about me, please visit my site, http://www.breederadoptions.org and follow the instructions. The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less-than-ideal conditions so will need to be socialized, house and leash trained. Most have never lived in a house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. Most of these dogs are not socialized and need to be cornered to be picked up, so are not suitable for people with physical disabilities or suffer from PTSD. They need folks who will make them the center of their world and help them learn to trust before even attempting to train.  Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements of the dogs we rescue.  However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion. We state any known health issues, all are altered unless there is a medical reason not to, which we will advise, any known medical issues addressed, are microchipped, are UTD on all vaccines and have been checked out by at least one veterinarian, usually two. We do not guarantee the health of any of our rescued dogs. The dogs we rescue have lived with other dogs all of their lives and most get along with other dogs. We state if they are dog aggressive. We require a permanent, full-time parent. That means you must be able to spend the majority of your time with your new companion to socialize and train. We do not, under any circumstances, place them in homes with young children as they have not been exposed to children, and we do not know how they will react. Please do not waste your time or ours if you are not prepared to adopt within 2 weeks and you are not willing to pick the dog up at its location. Hi! My name is Cupcake , and I am a beautiful Australian Shepherd girl who was born 12/8/23, and I weigh 43 pounds. I am a working breed so I must have a large, secure yard or acreage with a sibling to help me lean about this big new world.  If you have been waiting for a gorgeous Aussie, please ask for me on your application to http://www.breederadoptions.org. Story
I'm a lovely senior Mini Aussie / mix with one blue eye. I will come to your home with my best buddy Jerry! We are Ben & Jerry! We need to stay together. I love humans and really enjoy scratches. I am crate trained, know some basic commands, and love to go on walks. I am potty trained, but did have a few accidents when I first came to my foster home, most likely to the change in diet and stress of a new living situation. I am a bit overweight, but my foster is working hard to rectify that much to my disappointment, because I like cookies a lot. I like going for walks and getting scratched and of course getting cookies. I'm not quite as confident as my brother Jerry, but if he's getting attention, I definitely want a piece of the action too. I am fine with other dogs but can be a bit reserved, choosing instead to hang with my brother or other quiet members of my foster-pack. I have been living with several cats and don't pay attention to them at all. I'm not sure if I like kids, but as long a they are respectful, I'm pretty sure I would. I don't play much with toys, but I love to chew on cow hooves. My Adoption Fee includes a training program specific for my needs.

Story
Meet Dobby – A Timid Soul Learning to TrustHIGHLIGHTS:Must have another confident dog in the home to help him build trustDobby is a 3-year-old Miniature Australian Shepherd weighing 19 pounds. He is still learning to feel safe in the world and is very nervous, timid, and unsure about touch. Right now, he does not come up for pets or take treats from your hand, but every day, he is gaining confidence and taking small steps forward.Dobby finds comfort in the presence of other dogs and will require a confident canine companion in his future home to help him adjust. He watches and learns from other dogs, and having a stable, friendly pup around will help him continue to build confidence. He needs a patient, understanding home that will let him go at his own pace. With time, gentle encouragement, and a calm environment, Dobby has the potential to blossom into a loving companion. We are still getting to know Dobby, and as he continues to grow, we’ll update with more details. Could you be the kind and patient home he’s been waiting for? Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to family life. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with time and a gentle approach, most of these dogs adapt quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is incredibly rewarding. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website.

Story
Meet Rukia – A Joyful, Playful Pup with a Big PersonalityRukia is a 7-month-old mixed breed weighing 25 pounds (and still growing!) with a larger-than-life personality and an endless love for life. She is a super playful and always happy girl who brings joy and energy wherever she goes.Rukia absolutely loves treats, toys, people, and other dogs. Whether she’s romping around with a dog friend, zooming after her favorite toy, or wagging her whole body in excitement to greet you, she does everything with enthusiasm and heart. She walks on leash and is ready to continue learning about the world. Rukia would do best in an active home where she can get plenty of playtime, structure, and positive training to help her grow into a well-rounded adult dog. While she gets along wonderfully with other dogs, she does not require another dog in the home—just a family ready to keep up with her fun-loving spirit and provide the attention she craves. If you`re looking for a happy, energetic, and affectionate companion, Rukia is ready to bring a whole lot of love and laughter into your life. Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to family life. Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Arlo is a healthy and highly energetic 5-year-old Purebred Blue Merle Australian Shepard. Arlo needs a rural home where he can look out at the horizon, patrol the fence line, and bark; with no neighbors close by that would be annoyed. While Arlo has never been aggressive with family or guests (he is quite sweet), his exuberant running through doors makes him unsuitable for a home with young children or any frail person, as he might bump into them. Arlo currently spends the night in a pen in the basement, spends a little time with family in the house, and spends most of his time outside. When in the house Arlo alternates between pacing and laying down. Arlo is jealous and butts in if another family dog is getting pets or attention - although usually not in a mean way. Arlo is reactive to other unknown dogs while on a leash in public, so he is not suitable for leash walking or hiking. We may be willing to deliver Arlo to the right home / person.
