Australian Shepherd puppies and dogs in Mauldin, South Carolina

Rocky is a purebreed Australian Shepherd from a Breeder in the upstate. Rocky is 4 years old and gets along with most dogs and cats and children. He has no history of being aggressive with people or other pets. Rocky has a great personality and knows a few commands when prompted like sit, lay, roll over. Rocky eats well and is very healthy. Rocky sleeps through the night with no issues. Rocky is very excited to play with other dogs and will do what it takes to get to the fun. We are attempting to rehome him to someone who can accomodate his high energy. Our family has become very busy and due to the fact that he needs so much time to play and be outside he becomes destructive inside and outside the home. Rocky would prefer to be able to run in a large yard and be with a family that goes on walks alot to help him get his energy out.

Hi, I`m Lola! I`m 1 year old and weigh 44 pounds. I`m heartworm negative and get along well with other dogs. I can be a little skittish at first, but once I get to know you, I`m sweet and loving. I`m looking for a patient and understanding family who can help me feel safe and secure!

Meet Shiloh! She’s a purebred Aussie. Shes sweet, energetic, loves to play. Shes good with other dogs from what we can tell, but does not get along with our other dog who’s had the house as the only dog for a long time. They just are not adapting well to each other. We’ve had her since she was a pup. She’s house trained, pretty good on a leash. She knows commands. She had one on one professional training so with the right owner would pick up with that training really well, I think. She’s got way more energy that what is fitting for our household. She needs person or family that is active, loves to play, loves to walk. And possibly another dog friend to play alongside.

Angus is up to date on vaccines for his age. Angus' mom Evie is a 12-lb mini Australian shepherd. His dad is a man of mystery. Only a DNA test will confirm him genetics. He is 100% adorable. Angus is not hypoallergenic and will shed. Angus will be ready for his forever home on 3/29/25; we are accepting applications to adopt now. Weight: 3.5 lbs and growing - we expect Angus will be between 22-30 lbs when full grown Height: 6 in and growing - we expect Angus will be 12-14 inches when full grown Spayed/Neutered: No. Based on his size and age, Angus is not neutered. He will be adopted on a spay/neuter addendum that requires you to neuter him at your cost within 9 months and provide proof of neuter. Adoption Fee: $349 Fence needed? No What kind of home would be best for me? Puppies are always in need of a canine friend; they love to run and play with one another. Puppies are active, agile little babies, they need homes that are ready to tire them out both mentally and physically. Puppies are generally very well-rounded dogs, they do not meet strangers and would do well with a nice big family or a single owner! What matters most to a puppy is a happy and excited owner ready to take on loving and training their new puppy! When raised around cats, with proper boundaries, puppies do very well. If you expect your puppy to get alone with your feline buddy, it’s important to start socializing the puppy with the cat as soon as you can!  What is my personality like? Angus is a mysterious guy. He likes to play games. Being mischievous and you'd have to catch him off guard if you wanted to take a picture of him because he will turn away every time to get back to his doggy duties. Angus is super playful and wants to goof off all day. In true puppy fashion, he is a sweetheart but doesn't want to be loved on for too long because he has business to handle. When he's got his mind set on something he wants everyone out of his way. Yes, this makes him a bit stubborn at times, but he is just a headstrong puppy with lots of confidence. When Angus finally takes a nap, he throws his back legs out and doesn't want to be woken up for any reason. He is a little goofball with lots of personality and he’s happy with that.  PUPPY POLICY: Thank you for carefully considering the addition of a puppy to your family. Puppies can be a joyous experience, but they can also be a tremendous amount of work. Since our goal is to place each of our dogs in forever homes, we are especially cautious with puppies. We like to stress 3 major things when considering a puppy vs. an adult dog: 1) many adult dogs are well bred, well trained dogs who find themselves in rescue through no fault of their own, 2) adult dogs are eager to share their love and bond with their new family, and 3) puppies will always require far more time, energy, and training than an adult dog. He loves to be picked up and told good morning because it hurts his feelings when you don't. He's a sensitive guy and needs lots of affection. Hamish is kind to all of his puppy friends and loves some snuggle time with them, especially his sisters. He's always so gentle even when playing and prefers to just give kisses. Hamish is generally pretty mellow - he's content in any situation and even when we are outside, he picks sunbathing and hanging out by his caregivers over getting silly with everyone else. Hamish is easily puzzled and takes a bit more time to figure things out or maybe he's just a bit lazy; whichever it may be he prances through his day following his siblings around with not a worry in the world. We call her our pistol because she’s always the first to have it figured out and then she gets bored and has to find something more challenging. She moves fast and you rarely ever catch her off her feet. Alira absolutely loves people and wants all of the lap time she can get no matter who it's coming from. She has a silly walk almost like she's just hopping her day away. When you give her kisses sometimes, she’ll turn her head away and look at you silly like she didn't tell you, you could do that. Alira is independent and enjoys doing her own thing. She will pick up toys the same size as her body and carry them around so all her brothers know she's still just as strong as them. When she plays she throws her front paws at you like she wants to wrestle, she has many weird quirks and loves to show them off to everyone. Alira is super smart and super goofy all at once.
