Meet Peanut and Butter!

Peanut and Butter are 5 year old Golden Retriever mixes who came to us from a commercial breeding facility in Lancaster county after being used as breeder mamas.

The puppy mill used and abused them l, until they couldn’t anymore and then reached out to us to take her off their hands. It’s a story as old as time when it comes to puppy mills, but we will always be there to help our beloved mill mamas.

They had a very difficult life before coming to us, but they will both be cherished part of a family, and not tools to make a greedy person lots of money. They will never have another bad day and we are honored to provide them this comfort in life.

Peanut and Butter have started to give us their trust as well as all their love and gentleness. We are confident they will make wonderful family members for very lucky families, who understands their past and give them the time they needs to trust them. Our mill mamas are always extremely special, and we promise you there is no love out there that compares to theirs!

They will require a family who understands her past, and is patient with her as they transition to living life in a home and around kind people. This should go without saying, but we require all our animals to be trained using positive reinforcement methods ONLY.
