Tyler is a sweet pup of 11 months old. He’s still looking for his forever home. He is a true snuggle. Loves to sit in his foster mom’s lap. He has become pretty good on the leash, although the weather has not been permitting many walks but when he does go on walks, he is calm. His favorite treats are fresh fruits and vegetables. He loves watermelon, carrots and broccoli. He is housebroken. He’s very good with other dogs and kids. He loves all people and he loves to snuggle! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. Story
Are you looking for a cuddle buddy? Do you feel like you have way too much personal space? Then wow am I the dog for you! My name’s Bandit and I’m about a year old. I think I’m a beagle mix, but I also have really pretty blue eyes. I love snuggling on the couch and running around the backyard. I’m still learning to like the car and being on a leash, but I’m coming around. I have the best recall my foster mom’s ever seen. She just says my name and I come running, no matter what I’m doing! I love squeaky toys! I’m good with dogs and cats. I haven’t met any kids up close yet, but I’ll let you know as soon as I do! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. Story
January 2024: Estee is a sweet loving dog who loves to be petted. Because of her background she needs a quiet home with secure fencing. She would make a excellent pet for older person or couple. She is now around 4 years old and 20 lbs. Soft ears and soft eyes! She still has some accidents in her crate if left over 6 hours. She will use pads and goes outside easily. She prefers a few zoomies in the yard and then a nice dog bed. Does great with the other dogs, cats unknown. Not a mean bone in her body. February 2023: She is doing great, will make a fine family member for a quiet home with a physical fenced in yard. She is still a flight risk so no small children with the house doors. She must have a secure fence. May 2022: Estee was pulled from Bracken County. She was found as a stray and was likely an unsocialized puppy living away from people. For the first two months she was terrified to come in from outside (carried for 2 months) and a month after that to go out on her own. She is still a little leery of doorways. Estee is 2 years old and 20 lbs. She is the sweetest pup, who is doing great going outside for potty. she does us her crate and will, potty in it sometimes. Freds Mission Rescue has an adoption radius of 100 miles from Cincinnati. All dogs are fully vetted, altered, current on flea/tick/heartworm/wormer, and microchipped. The rescue does not adopt out to properties with invisible fences or tie outs. Application: https://form.jotform.com/FredsMission/app

Story
ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED! Meet PATSY PUGGLE, a sweet, gentle timid girl looking for a home. Patsy Puggle has been a months-long project for her foster mom. She came to the rescue a terrified mess. She was a stray dog who gave birth to puppies. She had to be trapped in order to be captured along with her pups. We were told that a rescue agreed to take the puppies, but wouldn't take mama because she was so terrified. It's been a journey getting Patsy ready for a home, but she's finally ready! Patsy Puggle is a puggle (pug/beagle)-type mixed breed girl, 5ish years old and fully grown at 25 pounds. Patsy needs a quiet home with a patient adopter who will help build her confidence. Patsy Puggle needs a well-balanced dog sibling to help her navigate life. She adores her confident foster sister. She MUST have a fur sibling, no exceptions. Patsy Puggle needs a secure, physically fenced yard to keep her safe. Patsy Puggle is housebroken, crate trained and dog and cat friendly. She is not a suitable dog for a first-time pet parent. If you would like to meet Patsy Puggle, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 21, 2024, 9:50 am

Story
NEWTON is a simply stunning beagle boy looking for a home. He's a gentle soul who needs a bit of time to warm up to new people and in new situations. Newton is about 2 years old and fully grown at 28 pounds. He has been gaining confidence in his foster homes and loves to do backyard zoomies with his foster siblings. A timid dog like Newton needs a home with a confident dog who can help him navigate his new life. We've discovered that Newton is a bit of a hoarder, he likes to collect all of the stuffed toys in his foster home and take them "home" to his crate. Newton is a perfect gentleman in the house and sleeps all night in his comfy bed. Newton needs a physically-fenced yard to keep him from following his nose into trouble. Given his timid nature, he's not well suited to a home with small children. Newton is housebroken and crate trained. If you'd like to meet sweet Newton, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized.
