Mitzi is a charming dog with a big personality who's ready to find her forever home. She’s both kennel and house-trained and has mastered the art of communication—she'll even ring a bell to let you know when she needs to go outside!
Mitzi is a charming and energetic dog who’s ready to find her forever home! She’s housebroken with a bit of supervision and hasn’t had any accidents in the house or kennel. She loves playing with male dogs and gets along well with them, happily sharing her space, food, and treats. However, she would do best in a home without female dogs, as she prefers the company of the boys.
Mitzi has a strong prey drive and will go over a 4ft fence if she spots something to chase, so a secure yard and a cat-free home are a must. She adores human attention and loves to play, though she’s still learning proper play manners and may use her teeth inappropriately at times. With a little guidance, she’ll quickly pick up on how to be a polite playmate.

All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
