Story
Mona was adopted from the Pasadena Human Society around 5 years ago when she was around 2 years old. Mona is a sweet cat that likes to be around you and loves pats and brushes. She loves to rub her head against you, but she doesn't like to be carried or held. When you come home, she will come and greet you, and she does not like to be left alone at home for long periods of time. She takes a little time to get used to other cats, but she'll eventually warm up to them. She is very food motivated and loves Sheba fish-flavored wet food. I'm looking for someone responsible and financially stable to provide a stable home for her.

Story
Daisy is a beautiful and *extremely* affectionate 8 to 9 month old kitten. She would love to spend as much time in your lap as possible and sleeps snuggled in her person's arms, or on their pillow if allowed. She is outgoing, active, curious, great with the litter box, and good about having her nails trimmed. Daisy is FeLV/FIV/heartworm negative, has been dewormed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Story
Meet Callie! Callie was born in January of 2024. She is a calico kitten with a harlequin pattern. She was left in a dog crate at a local park with her mom, two siblings and another cat who we believe may be her auntie. Soon after being rescued Callie and her siblings developed an upper respiratory infection that was treated. While they were sick a respiratory panel was done, and the results indicated they had FHV-1 (feline herpes virus). This is very common in kittens with weak immune systems. The symptoms are sneezing and watery eyes (a cold). She and her siblings received anti-viral meds and their symptoms went away. As she grows older, her immune system will get stronger. She is currently symptom free. Callie is a little lady. She is petite like her mother Peaches and has the softest fur ever felt. She is playful with her brothers but when she has enough, she goes her own way. You can find her in their cat tree gazing out the window looking at the birdies. Callie is curious about the dog in her foster home, and we feel that with proper introduction she would do well with a small cat friendly dog. Callie is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, combo tested negative, rabies and microchipped. If you would like to know more about CALLIE, please contact her foster mom at - alikat52@yahoo.com. Her foster mom will be happy to give you more info regarding FHV-1 also. A meet and greet can be arranged with an approved adoption application. An application can be obtained at whiskerstails.org You can meet CALLIE at our Saturday adoptions on 8/24/24 held at Petco - Crossroads, 24413 Crenshaw Blvd, Torrance from 12:00 to 3:00 pm

Story
Meet Lady Liberty! Lady Liberty is a beautiful sweet young lady who is 18 months old. She is currently nursing a litter of kittens who were born on the 4th of July (a bunch of little firecrackers!). She is such a loving Mom to her babies and loves to sit on your lap for pets and snuggles. Once her babies are weaned, Lady will be spayed, vetted and ready for a forever home. She will be ready in September. She was rescued from a family who allowed her to have three litters and found themselves overwhelmed with too many cats. It would be nice if one of her kittens could be adopted with her! Lady Liberty loves deep scratches. She is a loving nurturer and is a sucker for treats!!! If you think LADY LIBERTY might be a good match for you, or would like more information, please email her foster mom at: jescrosliny@gmail.com. All of our cats come with spay/neuter, exam at our vet, microchip, combo test, one month flea treatment, deworming.

Story
Hi my name is Vader, I am a neutered male, less than 2 years young. I was rescued after a nice Noah’s Bark volunteer heard that me and my siblings were on our way to get dumped in the canyons to be coyote food. My siblings have all been adopted. Now it is my turn to find a furever home. I love playing, I like toys like small stuffed mice and small soccer balls. I have medium length fur with some extra poof near my tail. I am very sweet but take a little while to warm up to new people. I am used to being in a busy home with other cats and dogs, I love being around my cat friends and like sleeping in quiet corners of the house. I also love to sit at the top of the cat tree and observe my surroundings. I would do best in a home with another cat to hang out with. I am ready for a home of my own where I will be loved forever. Our adoptions are restricted to residents within 30 miles of the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions. See our adoption policies for more details on our adoption process. If you are interested in adopting one of our available pups, please complete an adoption application. You can find the application at: https://noahs-bark.org/adoption-application. Story
Hi we are the Forest Friends litter and we are 3 months old. I am Foxy. Our story didn’t start so good when our mother, a feral cat, gave birth to us on our foster mom’s porch without knowing what a nice lady she is. It was very scary at first, our mom was very skinny and skittish but fortunately our Foster Momma took us all in and kept us warm so we wouldn’t starve or get hurt on the streets. We are healthy, strong playful kittens who are now looking for our forever homes. We have kitten energy and like to play in cat tunnels, climb cat trees, and like to wrestle our cat foster brothers and then take long naps after supper. When we are sleepy and tired we like to cuddle with our doggy foster sisters who do a great job of taking care of us. Oh and did we mention, we love snacks? We are interested in going to a great home that will love us and take care of us. We will do well in a home with other cats and or large and small dogs. We all love to tussle and play together, but Loris and Foxy make a great twin duo, Squirrel and Badger love wrestling and Moose and Wolf love the cuddles. Will you be our forever home? Our adoptions are restricted to residents within 30 miles of the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions. Story
Meet Mr. Earl Gray. He looks a lot like one of our Forest Friends kittens, Wolf, but he isn’t related. He is another little kitten that “showed up” at our volunteers home. We are pretty sure he was dumped. Our volunteer heard a baby kitty crying and crying and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Finally the next day she located him and called him to her, and he ran as fast as he could to her and jumped up in her arms and was instantly purring! He is just way too friendly and people oriented to have been born on the streets. He gravitates to people. If you walk on two legs then you are his best friend and it’s even better if you have a little treat to share! He is being fostered in a home with other cats and 2 dogs and he is fine with them. But his preference is to be snuggled up next to you or wrapped around your neck asleep! He’s about 15 weeks old and a Russian Blue lookalike! Earl just wants a best friend, maybe he can be yours! Our adoptions are restricted to residents within 30 miles of the South Bay area of Los Angeles.
