Story

Due to unforeseen circumstances we find ourselves having to Rehome our sweet kitty, she has been with us since she was a kitten. Luna may take some time warming up to a new environment and people but once she does she loves to sit on your lap and just sleep. Especially if there are blankets involved, she loves to chase lasers and go after anything crinkly. She likes to find a “spot” and just stays there most of the time if cuddles aren’t an option. She’s fine with our 80 dog, and we used to have another cat that passed away a few years ago who she tolerated.. she’s not a huge fan of other cats but after an adjustment period has been fine with anything. We have an infant who had pulled her tail a few times and she will meow but hasn’t done anything past that so I believe she may do better in a home with no small children. She is 7 years old and is mostly black, she has a white spot on her chest and belly, she is on the smaller side maybe 7-10 lbs.

Meet Emmi! She is about one year old, and one of the sweetest cats we've ever met. Emmi is fully litter box trained. She loves to chase all kinds of toys, basking in the sun and sleeping on your chest. Sprinting after the toys you toss is definitely her favorite way to play. She absolutely adores people, purrs as soon as you enter the room. She does not get along well with other cats, not sure about dogs.

Kitty showed up on our doorstep as a starving kitten. We fed her, brought her the vet for shots and had her spayed with the intention of keeping her as an outdoor cat. As winter came, she came into the house more and more. Currently she is an indoor/outdoor cat. Kitty enjoys her time outside. She plays with the neighbors cat and loves to hunt mice and lizards. While indoors she likes to be right where the action is watching everything going on. While she is not affectionate, she loves to play, watch TV with us, get brushed and even sleeps in bed with us. The best fit for her would be in a home where she could go outside often. She will come with litter box, cat tree, brush, scratch pad, water fountain and automatic dry food feeder.

As an intrepid explorer, I love being up high—one of my favorite places is the summit of a cat tree. I enjoy playing fetch with jingly balls and leaping extra high for string toys.
