She is a very sweet, social, and spry 9 yr old chihuahua who is content to lounge in her dog bed in the kitchen where all the hustle and bustle of the family unit happens. Her second favorite spot is on the couch, chilling while the family watches Hulu or NetflicksShe is potty pad trained, which is a great thing if it is snowing or storming outside, but she also pottys outside right away. Peaches is almost catlike in that she is particular about whether she wants to go for a walk or not. She is eager to go outside to do her business but then either wants to speedwalk around the neighborhood or go back in the house. When she does want to walk, she has a confident stride and leads the charge. She doesn't mind being in a crate but is very comfortable just puttering around the house. Peaches does not know any tricks but sure does love treats which makes her 'ripe' (see what I did there?) for training. She like to play with her stuffed animals and songs. Have you ever seen a chihuahua play fetch? Well, now you have!Peaches has been in a home with other dogs and is fine with the resident dogs in her foster home. However, true to her breed, she will let other dogs know with a low growl when they have just entered into her personal space. Once a familiarization and trust is formed, Peaches is her usual chill self. It is unknown how she is with cats. Similarly, Peaches comes across as shy at first but quickly warms up with small pets, friendly smiles, and soothing voices. Drumroll please!!! The DNA is back! Bingo is the cutest little chihuahua, sheltie, poodle mix around! Bingo is smart and intuitive like a poodle, alert and affectionate like a sheltie, and quirky and cuddly like a chihuahua. At just ~1 year and 13#, Bingo has absolutely charmed his foster family. He is extremely agile, flying through the air like only young dogs can do. His antics make everyone laugh. Bingo does settle down nicely, and he loves to get in laps for kisses and pets while his person is reading a book or watching TV. He wants nothing more than to be with his person. He prefers to snuggle up against a warm body in bed at night. Bingo is super smart and learns patterns quickly. Clicker training is his cup of tea, and he picks up new skills as quickly as his foster mom can teach him. "Paws up" and "touch" are his favorites. Meet Baby Peaches Baby peaches is an 8/9 week old female chihuahua mix. The runt of the litter Baby Peaches has an essential tremor that only stops when she sleeps. She has a neurology work up in a few weeks to see what is exactly the cause. She does require special care and has an abnormal gait - she needs help eating and drinking so she doesn’t aspirate and has very limited ability to get around on her own, so she’ll need nice flat areas without bigger obstacles or elevation changes.
