Story
Get ready to double your happiness with Mila and Milo! These adorable duo-dynamics were rescued from a chaotic situation and are now on the hunt for their 'furever' home. Mila and Milo, the Shih Huahua power couple, aged 3-5 years young, weigh in at a combined 15 pounds of pure love and cuddles! These two inseparable cuties do everything together – from cuddling up to exploring new adventures. While they might take a moment to warm up, once they do, get ready for some serious snuggle sessions! Adopting two might sound like a handful, but Mila and Milo are as easy as pie. They're crate-trained (though they'd rather cozy up on your bed), masters of the dog door, and they adore respectful kids and fellow pups. Are you ready to add double the fun, double the love, and double the cuddles to your life? Mila and Milo are waiting to bring their charm into your home, Mila and Milo are spayed/neutered, are current on vaccinations, have tested negative for heartworm and have their microchips. If you are interested in adopting this bonded pair, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org). For more information, call/text Randee at 801-232-8157 or email randeekrichardson@gmail.com.

Introducing Patches! He is a one year old, playful, 8-pound Chihuahua mix with an infectious spirit and zest for life. His black spots, as unique as his personality, add to his charm. Patches is a ball of energy, always ready for a game of fetch or a run in the park. He loves playing with other dogs and would love another doggy playmate in his forever home. Despite his youthful exuberance, Patches is also incredibly sweet and affectionate. He loves nothing more than to curl up next to you for a nap after a fun-filled day. He is still working on potty training and learning basic manners, but he's super smart and picking it up quickly. His forever home should be prepared to continue his training so he can be the best boy he can be. Patches is looking for a forever home where he can continue to grow, play, and love. His playful nature and loving heart make him the perfect addition to any family. Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. ALL CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200. If you are interested in adopting Patches, please fill out an online application at https://caws.org/adoption-application If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at https://caws.org/adoption-applicationJuly 14, 2024, 6:12 am

Story
This itty bitty girl is Itty Bitty Bop! She is currently almost 3 pounds, not quite 8 weeks old, and we are pretty sure that she is a chihuahua mix, but with rescue, it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Itty Bitty's video here: https://youtu.be/g6fGAR33kDY?si=Dw5znFpmIXIcCxj9 Itty Bitty has the biggest personality – at least, the biggest personality you will see on a dog that’s not even 3 pounds! She is curious, brave, and strong – watch her video to see her attack on the dog bed tag, and carry toys that are bigger than her, lol. Itty Bitty is both playful and affectionate – after playing, she will find her way back to you for snuggles and love. Who can resist the snuggles of a 3 pound fuzzball? Not us! Itty Bitty is definitely fuzzier than her siblings, with more cream in her colouring than white, and a extra fuzzy strip down her back that you can’t resist petting. She is the runt of her litter, but her spunky attitude and playful personality just may outshine them all. This perky girl is kid-friendly, often returning again and again to them just to be held. Itty Bitty is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6684bbf827bb98a270003f01 Please email elizabethbower@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $825.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.
