Story
A beautiful update from Sybil's foster :) ------ I've had Sybil for about two months now. She was with a foster who couldn't keep her anymore, so I met her immediately and knew she had a great temperament and was a good dog. It was definitely worth bringing her home and working with her. I have a kennel for the foster dogs, and they all have their own large yard. And man, is she having fun! She loves romping in her yard. She meets the other dogs when I walk them, prancing around as they go by her run. She is one happy dog. She has a good amount of energy but isn't hyper. She is doing great in my kennel. She is pretty good about staying calm and not joining in the barkfest when everyone else is excited. She's great with me and independent, but she likes her pats occasionally. She leans on my leg and sometimes falls over for belly rubs. When I clean her yard, she follows me around. She's not overly demanding, which I appreciate. She's going to make someone a very dedicated and fun friend. She's a good dog and will be even better and more stable when she leaves here. She's worth the effort and will be an excellent companion for some lucky person.

Story
Meet Kody, a lovable 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog who came to us as a stray on 6/29/24. Kody is a very sweet and gentle boy with high energy, so he needs a yard with a 6ft fence. He loves playing with toys and is very treat-motivated. He knows how to sit and lie down, and if you`re taking too long to throw the toy or give him a treat, he`ll jump straight up into the air in one spot! Kody walks well on a leash if you`re firm with him, and he doesn`t mind having his tail, paws, and ears touched. However, he feels uncomfortable when his mouth is handled, though he shows no aggression. Due to his mouthy puppy behavior, Kody would do best in a home without small kids, ideally with children aged 12 and up. He`s looking for a family with herding breed experience.Kody is smart, sweet, and loves meeting new people. While he can get distracted easily on walks, he`s eager to learn more with a patient and loving owner. If you have the experience and love to give, Kody could be the perfect addition to your family! He`s playful and good with other dogs, cats, and children.

Story
Meet Taz, the adorable 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog who’s ready to steal your heart! ?? This charming pup was found wandering in St. Peters on 9/9/24, and while he may seem a little shy and reserved in the kennel, all he really needs is a little LOVE to come out of his shell! Taz is a playful spirit who absolutely adores chasing tennis balls and carrying around his favorite jolly balls. He’s a snow lover at heart, enjoys thrilling car rides, and has a hilarious habit of trying to herd the cars that pass by! Plus, he walks like a champ on a leash, making every outing a joy! This sweet boy loves to play with other dogs, even if they’re not as enthusiastic as he is. When Taz greets his favorite humans, he can’t help but stand on his hind legs with his front legs in the air or his cute little booty wiggling in excitement! He’s all about having fun and playing with his people, and he does it in the gentlest way possible—no hard bites here!As an Australian Cattle Dog, Taz would thrive in an active and loving home that can provide him with the attention and stimulation he craves. Just a heads up—because of his natural instinct to chase, he wouldn’t do well in a home with cats. Could you be the one to help Taz blossom and live his best life? Let’s give this sweet boy the loving forever home he deserves! #AdoptTaz #CattleDogCutie #RescueLove #ForeverHome
