Story
As her name suggests, Tiana is an absolute princess. This sweet girl is a mild energy kind of gal that loves her people. Her love language is without a doubt quality time and she will spend it all right in your lap. Tiana is in playgroups with other dogs and does great with all the different types of personalities she has met and is the sweetest girl around. Tiana is spayed, current on her shots, and heartworm negative and ready to grace your house with her presence. I mean who wouldn't want to adopt an actual princess? In foster Tiana has been around cats and other dogs and she does best in a home with dogs her energy level. She has been in and out of the shelter environment having been in several different foster homes. Despite it all she has struggled to find someone to take a chance on her and find her forever home. Tiana is now CARE's longer resident dog at having been in our care for over 320 days. If you believe that Tiana might be the perfect match for you please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Story
Meet Kamron, the pup with a beautiful second chance. Kamron came to CARE a mere 28 pounds, skin and bone with mssing fur and scared eyes. Even with all that he could have been through Kamron still wanted to trust us and seek our attention. Months later Kamron is now almost 40 pounds of love and joy. Kamron loves making dog friends every chance he gets and adores all the pets a person can provide. From a volunteer: "Kamron is the sweetest boy ever and although he is a little timid at first, he warms up to everyone super well and takes advantage of all the snuggles and love. He loves to play fetch and eat snacks. He is a really good walker and gets a little excited and wraps around you, but he never pulls hard or disobeys. He's very curious and always wants to sniff everywhere he can find no matter what. He's a big lovebug and is super good at becoming a big part of your heart." Foster Notes: Kamron is doing very well in the home. He is house trained and crates easily. He loves playing with our dogs and does not pester our cats. He will playfully chase the youngest if she allows him to. Toys are a non-issue; however, high value food items will need to be given under supervision if there are other animals. He sleeps through the night and goes outside to potty and play when asked. He walks well on leash but does pull somewhat. Kamron is a fantastic little boy and will be the perfect companion!

Story
Meet Muffet, the ultimate companion with an endless supply of love! With her irresistibly floppy ears and a heart full of joy, Muffet's outgoing personality lights up any room. She adores snuggling up for cozy cuddles and has a delightful goofy side that will keep you laughing. As an adventurous pup, Muffet has boundless energy that sometimes leads her to jump fences in the shelter, especially since she's cooped up in a kennel most of the day. However, rest assured-she's well behaved outside and never tried that in her foster home. She's a fantastic running buddy, always ready to join you on a jog, and her enthusiasm makes her the perfect exercise partner. Muffet loves outdoor adventures, especially playing in the water at Chewacla and going on hikes. She thrives in nature, where she can explore and expend her abundant energy. While Muffet prefers a home without cats, her love for humans is unmatched. She's all about giving and receiving affection, and her biggest wish is to find a forever home where she can share all the love she has to offer. If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and fun-filled friend, Muffet is your girl! he has to offer. If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and fun-filled friend, Muffet is your girl!

Story
I'm Danny, a lovable 4-year-old pup with a heart as big as my playful spirit. Despite facing some challenges, I'm ready to show you just how resilient and loving I can be. I tend to be pretty social when it comes to other dogs - making friends comes naturally to me. But cats? Let's just say we're not the best match. However, with people, I'm a total sweetheart. I've got this endearing habit of acting like a big baby, craving attention and affection from my favorite humans. I was treated for the heartworm I came in with and have gotten all my shots and got something done called a neuter. I am as sweet as they come and I am desperately looking for a family to call my own! Here is what Danny's foster had to say about him: Danny is a wonderful boy that thinks he is just a little lap dog. He had one accident in my home on the first night and never had one since. He was created whenever I was out and has no issues and when he was out he played with his stuffed toys or just relaxed on the couch next to me. He loved car ride but did need a little help getting in. He walked great on leash once his initial excitement has calmed down but he was always down to explore. Overall he was the perfect house guest and would make anyone, without cats, the perfect companion.

Story
Bowie is named after his undeniably cute physical appearance! His two front legs are bowed outward, but this does not take away from his activity. He can be timid when first meeting him, but eventually gets more comfortable and lets his playful personality shine. He is very friendly with any dog who wants to play with him! He is a happy, go-lucky boy who just wants to be included! Bowie is ready to find a loving home! Although his legs might look a tad different, it doesn't hurt him nor does it slow him down and loves to wrestle with other dogs. Even though he is super playful with other dogs he is not high on the energy level and does great about reading the room on what is appropriate and what is not. He is neutered, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He will be the perfect addition to any family! Bowie has been in foster home with both dogs and cats and was great. He tends to keep his kennel clean daily here at the shelter and is overall just a happy, friendly boy.

Story
Would you believe the Grand Canyon was named after this guy? True story! This delightful gentleman loves hanging out with his canine buddies and even the feline one too. He is a fan of tug-o-war and running after toys. He can be a little mouthy and is learning that doing so doesn't get him anywhere, but would do best in a home with older kids. Overall he is a very sweet boy that is learning the ways of the world! Canyon is heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped.
