Meet CARE's 2nd longest term resident, Danny! Danny boy here has been in the shelter environment for over 350 days and hasn't receive a single inquire for adoption! Despite that it doesn't dampen his mood and he is a dog that loves to just be there and involved if you let him. He is a refined, milled aged gentleman that loves playing with other dogs and loves his toys. He has been around many different dogs and is often the one we pick to use to test newcomers with. Although he is a tad bit older than most the dogs we have he still has plenty of energy and is always down for an adventure. He is a complete lovebug with a heart of gold that is more than ready to find a family to call his own! Danny is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, and has tested negative after receiving heartworm treatment.

Say hey to our Aggie girl! This sweet girl loves life on the active side and is always ready for an adventure. She is a big fan of rough housing with other dogs and playing with toys. After she gets her initial energy out Aggie can show off how smart she is as she already has sit and down perfected. She will do best in a home that is active and with older kids as she can be too excited around smaller kids. Aggie is great in a home setting and is an absolute cuddle bug. If you are on the hunt for a great running or hiking partner Aggie is your gal.

Luna came to us scared and unsure of the word after her owner brought her in, but with some time she started showing us her adorable personality. Luna loves other dogs and people and is on the submissive side so it takes a little time for her to have the confidence enouth to play and run around with others. At roughly 26 pounds she is the perfect size for most, as well as being spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, and heartworm negative she is ready for a new life!

Just like his name sake in the movie, this Bing Bong loves collecting the happy memories he makes with the staff, volunteers, and his K9 companions here at CARE. Although, he loves being a part of the CARE pups he would much rather make new memories with a new family that will shower him with the love he deserves. Bing Bong came in as a stray but would love to walk out our doors as someone's new best friend. Meet Nessi, a pretty girl that loves showing everyone how fast she can be. Nessi is a huge fan of zoomies and cuddles, in that order, and over all is a pretty mild energy kind of girl. Nessi especially loves getting scratched on her back in her special spot. Nessi is a fan of all people including kids but can be selective about her canine friends as she prefers the company of other male dogs. We know there is a home with a Nessi sized spot on the couch needing to be filled so if you have enough love to give to this pretty girl she would love to be given a chance. She is spayed, microchipped, and is currently heartworm positive but CARE can help cover a portion of the treatment when adopted!
