Story
Apollo is 15lbs, a weird mix of breeds I couldn’t even begin to describe, and a sweetheart. He is 8 years old and has been with me since he was a puppy. He loves sun bathing, long walks, and tug of war. He is great with kids (I have 2 toddlers that he has been around since they were born) he has lived with another dog in the past but that was many years ago so I’m not sure how he would do with other dogs now. Sadly my family has to make a big move this year and it just isn’t practical for him to come with us.

Story
We adopted a 50 lb, 1 1/2 year old american staffordshire mix a month ago. He is up to date on vaccines, potty trained and crate trained. We have introduced him to the dogs and kids in our family and he does great with them. He has a lot of energy and loves to play, always has the zoomies. He is very cuddly and loves to be with his owners. He would do best in an active household with a backyard for him to run and play. We unfortunately have to busy of work schedules to suite him best and want to make sure he is happy and thrives in his environment. Looking to rehome this sweet boy!

Story
Hi, I'm Ed. I've been at Second Chance for over 2 years now. I am a young, energetic, sweet boy. Did I say energetic? I love to go outside and play, or take walks. If you are looking for the adventurous type for hikes and outdoorsy fun, I'm your guy!  I'm a little dog and people selective, I do best with female dogs and will do best with a confident and experienced dog owner.  Also, no DNA tests have been done, so no one knows for sure what breed I am. I look like I might have Catahoula Leopard Dog in my mix and probably some bully. This means home ownership to adopt me is required! I have all had all of my shots, and am neutered. Also included in my adoption fee, is a registered microchip and a full set of medical records for you and my future vet! If you are interested in meeting me, please complete an adoption application. Upon pre-approval, someone will reach out to set up a time for a meet and greet. I'm looking forward to meeting you! If you're interested in adopting 2 dogs, my bestest friend, Georgie is also available for adoption at a significantly reduced fee if you take us both! Only applicants who meet the following current requirements will be considered: - Homeownership, no renters - Fenced yard not required, but preferred - Applicant must be 25 years of age or older ##1581433##

Story
Hi! I'm Jackson. I am very shy and just a tiny bit scared of my own shawdow, why does it keep following me? Anyways, I warm up with time and understanding, I am very smart and know the command sit. I'm housebroken and crate trained, and overall a very good boy. I have great manners if I say so myself.  I would do best in a household with no cats and no children under 13. I can be a bit dog-selective. I will need pawrents who understand that I am shy and busy/loud environments make me very nervous. I will thrive in a stable environment, with a yard of my own. Walks are fine from time to time, but sometimes loud noises, falling leaves, or something out of place, like a repair van, make walks for me a bit stressful. Therefore, a fenced-in yard will be required to adopt me. I've had all my shots, I've been neutered, and am ready to go home. I also come with a registered microchip and a full set of medical records (one copy for you and one for my new vet).  If you are interested in meeting me, please complete an adoption application online. Upon pre-approval, someone will reach out to set up a time for you to come meet me. Requirements to adopt me: - Adopter must be 25 years or older - Must own home, no renters - Must have a fenced-in yard - No children in the home under 13 years old ##1562218##
