She does sleep in bed at night but loves her crate. -She NEEDS a fenced in yard to run or a farm life for her. Hello! I am looking to rehome/surrender my female 7 year old huskimo. I have recently had a life change and divorced. Had to move to an apartment and can’t afford to pay the rental fees for a pet. I am working two jobs which makes me gone for 14+ hours a day and I didn’t think it was fair for her to go to an apartment When I had a house with the yard that she had free access to. She is she is a sweet pup, but it doesn’t have much social experience with other dogs. When trying to rehome her to families with other dogs has not seem to go the best. I don’t know if that’s because she’s protective around me or her space.

Sweet, mellow tempered dog who loves to play. She will play rough with other dogs but is not aggressive. Loves to run. She loves cuddles and will want to sleep on your bed with you. If you don't have round handles on your doors you will need something to keep your bedroom door shut, otherwise she opens the door, pulls back your blanket and sheets and will sleep on your pillows. Responsive to her name, nicknames, commands, and cues. She understands not to pass the yellow grids on the sidewalk and will go when you say "cross" and stop at "wait". She pulls the leash but has gotten better. I have little time for her, which has caused her to take special interest in the sliding glass door where she'll bark at neighbors passing by. When we go on our daily walk she has a lot of energy, so she pulls, wants to smell everything, and does zoomies in the small dog park. I would like for her to have a yard to play in. She's not sensitive to the cold, but will need coconut oil for her dry skin.

Say hi to Luna! Luna is an adorable smooth fox terrier mix who is approximately 4-1/2 years old & was sadly bounced around a fair amount at a young age. She currently weighs about 35 lbs, is tall & wiry, & boy can she jump! This little gal can jump five to six feet in the air from a stand still, & she is also extremely fast! We think Miss Luna would make a great agility dog if someone was willing to put in the time to work with her. Still a youngster, she is very playful, full of energy & smart as a whip! Luna loves spending time in the yard, running & playing both with the other dogs & by herself. She has a great time playing ball all by herself at times! Luna is a very sweet girl who loves everybody, especially kids! She also gets along well with other dogs. She is not a dominant personality, but is also not super submissive; she falls pretty solidly in between & easily submitted to our pack elders, but she isn’t afraid to correct a dog she thinks isn’t acting right! Luna is food motivated & LOVES treats! She is housebroken, crate-trained, & good on leash. She is also fully vetted (spayed, de-wormed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on all vaccinations) including microchip with lifetime registration. This silly, affectionate little girl is sooo ready for her forever home after being in our rescue for over three years for no good reason! A securely fenced yard & a young playful sibling are required for Luna’s adoption. Adoption fee is $150. Verbal interview, home check, vet reference & adoption contract required.
