Story
This sweet boy was returned again. He is choosy on his dogs and cats. He was cat tested in a home with our volunteer and with my outside cats and did fine but once he was in his new home he was not. The first adoption his companion dog and he were best friends but the roommates dog was the problem. At my house he loves all my dogs but two of mine don't like him because he doesn't have any boundaries. This guy needs to be an only dog placement. He is perfect in public, in walks and even in busy restaurants. He's hilarious, quirky, loves walks and car rides. If you want to make him yours forever shoulder, face and neck messages then a bone or toy. He loves toys of all kinds and can entertain himself. He has no idea how big he is or about personal space and where it's ok for his nose to go. He gives kisses and smiles a lot which looks like teeth baring. He is very oral so he likes to have his mouth on your hand if he's beside you. There's not an aggressive bone in his doofus acting body. He's been through the prison training program and knows his stuff just struggles with commands when he's excited. Come meet him those that have fall in love and take him home but this next placement will be forever just you and him.

Button was given this name because she is cute as a button. She is a doll and just wants to be near you, that is once she knows she is safe. She was picked up with zipper because she's in heat and they were not being safe. He was chasing her all through the park. She is a small sturdy girl and loves to be pet. She is potty trained and is working on leash skills. She doesn't like the collar or the leash but to is learning that it's ok and not scary.

Story
Maggie is so attached to her people! She is a typical German Shepherd and wants her person at her side. She absolutely loves attention and affection. She does amazing on leash and is well kenneled trained. She can scale any size fence or enclosure to be with her people. At her current home the fences are 6 foot and gates are 4 foot and she stays in her yard as long as she has a dog friend or her person but she should not be trusted outside alone for long periods of time. She loves to run and play with dog friends of all sizes and ages. She is very submissive if a friend tells her they are done playing, she will back off. Maggie was brought to us from an amazing foster from another rescue who pulled her from the OKC shelter. She was very fearful and scared and first so she was very reserved and shy. With plenty of one on one handling and lots of love and affection she has learned that there are good people in the world and she wants nothing more than to give her little heart to one perfect person who will love her forever. She is very attentive to her surroundings and protects her yard with a loud scary bark. If you would like to come meet or adopt Maggie please visit our website for more information or to fill out an adoption application. She will steal your heart! www.shannonfarmz.org
