Story
Who was the sweetest gal at our adoption event at Tractor Supply? RUBY! She always had a home and shared it with a chihuahua. She was surrendered when her family moved away. She has been waiting for much too long now to get her chance back into a family, and we have no idea why someone hasn't scooped her up yet. SHARE her, please! She is a delight! She is beautiful and oh so sweet. She absolutely adores her humans and is good with kids. She likes dogs too. If you don't have any, that's fine with her. All she really needs is you and a great toy or 2 and this girl will be in heaven. She loves toys and self entertains. No cats for Ruby. She's 4 years young, 56lbs and heartworm negative. Let's get her back into a loving furever HOME, please.Judy came prancing out of that dog run, happy as can be to get out for a walk. She had some play time to herself for a few minutes and was delighted to find a squeaky ball that everyone in the area knew about very quickly. She loved marching around to the rhythm of the squeak. Judy met male and female dogs very politely but was not really interested in running around with them. In her prior home she had a chihuahua sibling so this meet and greet was not new for her. She has a nice energy level and mostly enjoyed the people and attention from them, and she really loved the toys! I’m sure that is one of many things she has missed from being in a home. Judy is anxious to find her new family and into getting those regular snuggles and pets again. Please give this girl a good look! She's a 4 year old playful girl, who's always eager to play with some new toys. She reacts well to other dogs and is open to meeting new people after she's been introduced. She's curious about her surroundings and ready to explore.

Grace met Jayden. They did very well in their meeting. It was starting to get very hot, Jayden guided Grace to the shade then hung out with her. He knew where it was coolest and waited for her to come to him.

Story
This is Liza. She is a 7-8 year old shepherd mix in need of a hospice foster or forever home. Liza is heartworm positive and due to damage from the HW infection and inflammation in her lungs the vets do not think it is a good idea to spay her at this time or that she would be a candidate for HW treatment. She is on daily prednisone to help with the lung inflammation. She is a generally low energy lady who doesn’t need a lot of exercise and she shows no outward physical signs of her HW infection at this time.Liza adores her person and if she had her way she would prefer to have all of the attention to herself. She is currently sharing her foster home with 3 other dogs and while she is able to co-exist with other polite low energy dogs, it is not her first choice. She feels the need to keep tabs on everyone and it causes her anxiety to have to share her space. Liza would much prefer to just be able to sit on the couch with her person and watch Netflix without having to worry about what the other pets are about. If she has to share her home with another dog, an older calm/aloof (neutered) male would likely be the best match. Liza is crate trained and content to remain crated overnight or while her person is out or at work. She doesn’t need a lot of exercise and would be happy with 2-3 short walks a day or a little time to explore the yard. She would chose to be with her person most of the time. Liza would do best in a calmer home without the excitement of young children. Not sure about cats. We would love for Liza to have a person to dote on her for whatever time she has left. Do you think you could give Liza her best life?

Story
Carmella, smiley, happy and a tail that doesn’t stop wagging. She is sweet and friendly. She was very happy to be out in the sun and grass, met other dogs well but was more interested in having some people time. Carmella loves attention from people and is eager to interact to get some love. Currently in a foster home, she is crate trained and housebroken. She loves to play outside. She enjoys her toys. She doesn't bark very often at all except when she gets excited while playing or when her foster arrives home from work. She is good on leash. She rides good in the car. No cats please; she's too curious about them. While her current foster home has no other pets, Carmella does like other dogs. Laid-back dogs with spurts of playful energy that like to bask in the sun are Carmella's speed. Carmella loves attention and absolutely adores her humans. She will often choose to sit by her human to get belly rubs rather than running and playing with other dogs.

Story
Sweet, happy faced girl Quinn is adorable! We could not get enough of her perky, bouncy, bouncy ears as she scooted around during photo time introducing herself to all! This mid-sized lady sporting a more athletic frame and gorgeous golden coat is friendly, playful and ready to have a good time. Nicely meeting both male and female dogs, she seemed to slightly prefer the male dogs although a bit more submissive female would also be a good match for her. We had her off leash running with the guys...3 male dogs in total...and she really hung with them and had a blast. Quinn has a bit of a TomBoy feel to her as she's sturdy and confident and solid. With plenty of kisses, waggy tail and happy smiles to go around, she's a great match for slightly older kids and a family in need of a doggy who is up for adventures and being an active part of the family unit. As you are walking Quinn around your neighborhood, she's sure to be a hit and will attract a lot of attention so be prepared to take second stage with this pretty girl on the end of your leash. Please ask for her today.Halloween event notes… Quinn has been such an exceptional pawtner, and has brought us so many laughs and smiles. She’s such a sweet little lady, that jumps at the chance to get out there and explore the world! Quinn definitely hasn’t been one to shy away from giving, and receiving as many kisses and cuddles as she can and has proven to be an exceptional car buddy! Her eccentric and loving personality, and eagerness for adventure will make any outdoorsmen or even loving couch potato adore her.If you’re looking for the perfect, loving adventure buddy, Quinn is definitely the lady for you!Foster Update: Hi! My name is Quinn! I am looking for my furever family. I love to play outside. I can run really fast and I jump around like a kangaroo. I’m also a home body and love to lay around in my doggy bed. My favorite place to be scratched is my belly. I love to be petted and will melt into you as you rub my head. When you pet my head, I will stare into you eyes and you feel your heart melt with love ❤️. I am a very good girl. I can be left out of my crate all night and won’t tear up anything. I eat all of my meals in my crate. I have 3 foster brothers that I live with; 2 dog brothers that are the same size as me. We love to run and play in the back yard together. I have 1 kitty brother that I try to play with, but he doesn’t want to play. I’ve never intentionally hurt my kitty brother. I’ve jumped on him a few times to try to get him to play, but he hissed at me and that let me know he didn’t want to play. I’ve met other cats and just sniffed at them in passing. My request for my future family would be to have a big yard that I can run and play in, a comfy doggy bed for me to lay in, lots of bones and toys for me to chew on, super belly rubs, and maybe a friend to play with. Please take me to my furever home!! (4/2/24)
