Story
Mattox is a sweet natured, loving dog. He thinks he’s a lap dog and climbs on my husband’s lap whenever he has the opportunity. He is good with children. He’s affectionate and wants to be close by us. He’s house trained. We have not seen him be aggressive with other dogs or humans. We are in our mid to late 70’s and live in an area where it’s difficult for us to provide him with the exercise he needs. Unfortunately my health is an issue at this time. He just needs a forever loving home!

Story
We found sweet Rudy the week before Christmas. She was clearly malnourished, we brought her to the vet, they suggested she is about 3-4 months old. She has been a great addition to our family (we have a female dog, cat, & 18 month old son). With our busy work schedules, we just can’t take on a 3rd pet right now, but want a loving owner for this sweet girl who can give her love, a safe home, & lots of walks (that she loves!)

Story
Sweet Cupid had a rough start to life. Found in a ditch at just 6 months old and left to fend for himself, Cupid was found by a wonderful family. They tried to find him a family but after several weeks , no one stepped up and most rescues were full. In the meantime, they worked on house training, crate training and leash training this sweet boy. He is now 7 months old and has vet appointments for vetting. He gets along with other dogs, kids and although interested , just watches the cat. This sweet pyrenees mix would be an amazing addition to any family!

Story
Enzo has had a very rough start to life. At just 1 year old , this poor baby has seen horrifc things.Found on the street with his brother, Enzo was picked up by animal control and brought to a high kill shelter. Knowing only his brother, Enzo started to shut down when his brother was taken from their kennel and euthanized for space. He was then thrown in a kennel with another dog. Eventually his time was up, and our rescue was contacted to see if we could save him.We did..but it is also believed he was kicked or beaten , from the way he reacts to certain movement. Enzo is super sweet, just traumatized. We are working with him to help him trust humans again, but understandably this is going to take some time. Enzo likes other dogs and is learning from a few at the rescue, but he still tries to avoid people. He needs someone with experience and patience who will help him trust again.
