Story
This is Woody. Woody and his brother both came in a strays. They are younger pups who seem to have not had much interaction with humans or behavior at a young age. They are not great at walking on a leash and do not have many manners. We are working with them with learning to walk on a leash, not jumping, and being social, but they are in need of an adopter who can help teach them this in a home setting. They jump on the cage here and seem very frantic, but once out in the meet and greet area the are pretty calm.

Story
Hiya, I'm Candy Corn, the goofiest, sweetest pooch you ever did meet! I'm all about hugs and playtime, but don't let my energy fool you, I'm a gentle soul. If you're in need of a huggable, lovable, playful buddy, look no further. I promise, I'll make every day feel like a comedy show. Adopt me, and let's make some tail-wagging memories together!Candycorn is also apart of a 11 dog playgroup here at the shelter. Long walks or fenced in back yard is always the best environment for dogs, but exercise is the main goal. We can test our dogs with other dogs at the shelter, but not every dog may get along with your dog this is why if you do have a pet at home we strongly suggest meet and greets before adopting. When adopting an animal at the shelter please know the responsibility of an animal. Most of the animals at the shelter have come in as a stray which mean they may not know how to sit or stay. They also might not have manners such as not to jump. Adopting takes patience. Please research the dog breed you are interested in and remember it takes time. Refer to the sheltering 3/3/3 rule of adopting for help.

Story
Brock is a friendly, quiet, and playful adult male dog. He is very sweet and will happily join you on long walks. Brock is a clever dog who is very eager to please, making him a quick learner. He came into the shelter as a stray and while he has been here, we have had him in a play group with a male companion and a female companion and he prefers the ladies. He would benefit from going to a home with no other dogs or a compatible dog friend he can meet beforehand so that he can enjoy the company of another dog safely. Brock is a sweet and loving boy and we are looking for him to be in a happy forever home. If you're interested in adopting Brock, please come and meet him today!Long walks or fenced in back yard is always the best environment for dogs, but exercise is the main goal. Story
This is Cash. Cash came to the shelter through animal control with his brother. His housing before the shelter they were outside dogs, but here at the shelter they have been clean and tidy in their kennels. Cash has a gimpy leg and it looks to be a old injury. It does not stop him from walking or running. We have found he does not do good with feeding in close proximity with another dog, even his brother, but with time this could become better. Long walks or fenced in back yard is always the best environment for dogs, but exercise is the main goal. We can test our dogs with other dogs at the shelter, but not every dog may get along with your dog this is why if you do have a pet at home we strongly suggest meet and greets before adopting.
