Please note, the majority of our rescues are special needs which means it has to be a perfect fit so we work closely with potential adopters to evaluate suitability. Special needs range from auto-immune disorders, heart disease, allergies, FIV+, FeLV+, bonded pairs and trios, and behavioral issues. Honey came to us after she was in a horrific fire. She had severe burns on her body, face, and one of her eyes. Since, she has healed both physically and emotionally and is doing very well. She loves to run around our yard and explore. She is learning not to chase cats but does have the instinct to chase small animals. Honey is very sweet and loves attention and snuggling. She is young, active, and smart. She will do very well in a home that has a lot of love to give, a big yard to play in, and a human to snuggle with.

Sam is an incredibly loving and loveable 9 month old(DOB 4/10/23) F1 labradoodle. AKC registered parents (with papers). He came to our family at 4 months old with the intent to keep him indoors. However, being an F1 he sheds a great deal. He was transitioned to being an indoor/outdoor dog, with success. He is fully housebroken and kennel trained. He loves every person he meets, especially children. However, he is rambunctious and young, which causes him to jump on people (especially new). He is easily trainable, but his excitement seems to get the best of him when it comes to new people. He is highly food motivated. He is also trained on vibrating collars, and uses a Halo collar to keep him near home. He has not been neutered. Sam needs a new home ASAP, because of our concerns with jumping on new people and our current location being near a church with a lot of elderly visitors. Kennel included in adoption. Possible Halo collar, for discussion.
