Story
Hi, I'm the regal and dignified Leonard! I'm a fluffy friendly muffin maker. I love to play when I'm in the mood! I was previously hit by a car some years ago but I'm fully recovered. I have seasonal and food allergies so I need to eat a prescription food. I might be ok with another cat but I am on a strict diet of a prescription food.I'm very chill and I even tolerate belly rubs! I love to jump up high and look out windows. I'm in a foster home so if you would like to meet me please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.org.My estimated birthdate is 2/7/2020.

Story
Meow meow! I'm the calm and loving Farah! I'm such a chill cat and I love all people. I adore looking lovingly into your eyes while you pet me. I'm very gentle and I don't make a mess or shed a lot even though I have long hair. I love wet food. I'm a super darling cat who loves gentle affection from people. I like to sit at your feet and nap. I'm a special girl with some medical needs but I'm doing very well currently. I'm a bit fussy with some cats.I was surrendered when my person couldn't afford my care. I was skinny and had a wound on my neck from flea allergies. My wound is completely healed up but I might need good quality flea medicine regularly. I have either Inflammatory Bowel Disease or possibly lymphoma in my digestion. I take a steroid and eat a limited ingredient food. Previous to finding a food that works for me I had very loose stools for months. I'm feeling much better now. I have basically no teeth left after having a dental but now my mouth doesn't hurt! I have a little bit of arthritis in my hips and tail but it doesn't stop me from lounging on the top of my favorite cat tree. I have very very early kidney disease which does not need any treatment currently. I would be a candidate for a Helping Hands grant to help with some veterinary bills if I was adopted.I have so much love to give and I'm ready for my forever home! I'm currently in a foster home so if you would like to meet me please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.orgMy estimated birthdate is 11/1/2014.

Story
Oscar is an extremely friendly, curious and cuddly cat. He loves to spend all his time with the humans, greets you when you get home, headbutts your leg when you are in the bathroom, asks for pets when you are on the couch, demands lap time if you work from home and generally wants to keep you company and share your food, if you are having meat and or diary.   Oscar has moved to a couple houses with us, he takes no time to settle in and establishes his routine, once he's set he likes it to stay the same. He doesn't try to eat plants or knock your things over/off the counter, he enjoys play with plastic straws and laser pointer on occasions.   Every cat got their quirks, and Oscar got a few too. He will pee on pet beds that has walls, so he only has blankets or mats for beds, and that goes for other pets in the house too if there are any. He likes to make his presence known(through medium to loud meowing) anytime he enters a room, jumps on to the bed, before his dinner time, and after he uses the litter box, and sometimes just for good measure making sure you didn't forget him, he will meow at the top of his lungs to no one in particular.   He does not like being left alone for too long without human company, an overnight away is okay, more than a night he would like a cat sitter to visit for 1hr or preferably more, if left alone for too long he might poop outside the litter box or knock over your flower vase. He also likes to find and chew things that are soft silicon textured, couple be a baby bottle nipple, could be a cup cover, so keep them where he can't get to. He would be a great addition to your household if you are someone that enjoys a talkative/attentive and loving kitty.   Oscar has all his shots, never missed an annual check up and has his teeth cleaned every 6-months. We think he is best suited for families with no kids or older kids, big or small family as long as someone is always free for some lap time and scratches. We have 3 big cat trees, two litter boxes, one carrier, cat food, automatic feeder, flea meds and supplements that we would love to go with him to this new family. Oscar lives in Portland with his owners and his adoption fee is $150.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.  Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. Story
Our 7 year old grey and white short-haired little lady is ready for her next chapter with a new home!  Stormy lost her favorite senior person prior to the Holidays and needs a new person to love and care for.   Stormy loves to engage in play with catnip toys and likes scratching posts! Stormy will purr loudly when getting into play time. She loves a good head scratch and pets, but isn’t a fan of being picked up and held. She will join you for lap cuddles when you watch TV or read.   Her fur coloring inspired her name but like a storm she will always give you a warning to adjust your plans of belly pets - not her favorite! Stormy does well around other cats but "no thank you" to dogs or small children.   She has had vaccines, a recent dental and is "ready to go" to her new life.  Rehoming fee is $50.  Stormy lives with her foster mom in Hillsboro.  Her adoption fee Includes spay, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, and negative FIV and FeLV test.  Stormy has always been an inside/indoor cat.  For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
