Story
Brooklyn and Bronx are a bonded pair of siblings, and always glued to each others’ sides. They are both a little shy compared to the other outgoing lounge cats, but they warm up to people quickly! All it takes is a couple pets on the head, and these two will become your best friends.Bronx (the classic tabby) is a bit more courageous than his sister, and isn’t afraid to ask for what he wants (lots and LOTS of pets). He tends to steal the spotlight so he can get all the attention, and will stand up on his back legs so he can give you hugs!Brooklyn (the mackerel torbie) is an absolute sweetheart, and a SUCKER for treats. She is very food motivated, but also appreciates a good back scratch. She’s more timid than her brother, but equally as loving, and will come over for pets if she feels safe. These two would make a great addition to a working household, since they’re fairly low energy and will keep each other company if the humans are busy. They would prefer a quieter place without too much hustle and bustle, but they do get along with kids and other pets. They are estimated to be almost two years old, and each has a $150 adoption fee.All cats adopted through our shelter will be vaccinated, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before going to their new home. Story
Raven is one of the sweetest kittens I’ve ever met, she’s so outgoing and can’t wait to meet new cats and new people. She’s the cutest little cat with a big personality that you can’t help but fall in love with. I would say which toy is her favorite but I can’t because it’s ALL OF THEM. Playing is by far her favorite thing to do and will keep you occupied for hours if you let her. She’s very curious about everything you’re doing, making her the best companion for activities and the perfect partner in crime. And when it’s time to go to sleep and relax she’s ready for all the cuddles you have to give. She has been fixed, is updated on all her shots and litter trained. She can’t wait to find her forever family because she has so much move to give. She is 9 months old.All cats adopted through our shelter are vaccinated, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before going to their new home. Story
Coco is a sassy and independent 2 year old medium hair female. I don’t actually know her breed as I found her abandoned when she was just 4 weeks old. AI says she is a Norwegian forest cat, so that may be something to look into. She is very quintessentially “cat”. She can be a love bug but only when she trusts you and deems it appropriate. She loves playing with her string toy and perching up high. She does not get along well with other cats except for my 7 yo male (Chubby) who is also up for adoption on this site. She does not get along with dogs or kids. If I didn’t have to rehome her I wouldn’t. Unfortunately my husband’s dogs have a very high prey drive and they cannot cohabitate with cats. Coco is a great sidekick and companion. Once she warms up to you she is very loving and affectionate.

Story
Sunny Yum Yums was wandering the community and yowling. It took time for him to trust his guardian angels, but once he came close enough, he gave up all pretense and enjoyed the experience like any domesticated kitten.. He was having a rough time being outside, which led them to think he may have been dumped. Sunny Yum Yums has been fully vetted and microchipped. While he did test positive for FIV, he’s a healthy young boy, estimated at 1 year and 9 months of age. He loves pets and attention. He is fearless in his desire to explore and interact with other cats, sometimes forgetting he is supposed to take introductions slow! He would do well in a home with other cats that don’t mind his all in your face approach. We’re seeking a home that will give this little boy a chance to grow into his best self. He is a teenager kitten born approximately in the late fall Oct/Nov of 2023.   He’s playful, curious, a flirt and likes to be a cuddlebug while being petted, which makes him purr and give head bumps. And a nice brushing always makes him feel and look good.   He is looking for a loving adult family that understands kitties and has kitty experience. He very much enjoys attention and social interaction but wants a family who is patient and understands he needs a little time to trust his humans. He is still learning that sudden moves are not dangerous as when he was found trying to fend for himself.   Little Sashimi kitty was found begging for food at a nearby restaurant where his rescuer was having a date night at a Japanese sushi restaurant, and saw him pleading for a meal handout.    Sashimi is neutered, UTD rabies and fvrcp distemper vaccinated, dewormed, kept on monthly flea prevention, tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped. Adoption fee is $125.00 to help cover his vetting expenses.   If interested in making this special boy a part of your family, please text or call his rescue friends at 817-937-5910 for more details. August 16, 2024, 9:32 pm

Kuro is an 8 month old male medium haired black cat. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. He is a little shy around new people but also curious. Once comfortable he enjoys getting lots of attention and loves to play but also enjoys cuddling with his sister, Sabi, or in a lap. He is very affectionate and quite talkative. He is good with other cats but does not have much experience with dogs. He loves soft beds, whether they're made for pets or humans, and his favorite toys are feather wands. He and his sister are bonded so need to go to a loving home together. They are best buddies, always playing or napping together.
