Say hello to Roxy! Yes, you heard that right—he’s a boy! He responds to the name Roxy and has stolen our hearts. We would never part with him if we weren't relocating. He’s fantastic with kids and absolutely adores them, plus he loves his food! Roxy is playful and has so much passion for life. Once he forms a bond with you, he’ll follow you everywhere. There’s no aggressive behavior here; he’s just a big ball of friendliness! He has a lovely tan coat, but you’ll see his cute white paws shining through, especially after he gets a short haircut!

Story
This sweet and adorable guy is Mel and he's a 2 year old GoldenDoodle who is looking for his forever home. We rescued him from a family who lived in an apartment in Queens and could no longer take care of him. He's a very loving boy and we're looking for a quiet and mellow new home for him where he will get lots of love from his new family. He's a cuddle-bug who is living with a wonderful foster family on Long Island and their dog Charlie. They adore him and give him the love and calmness he craves. He gets alongs with other dogs and loves to go for walks and take nice long snoozes. He's loves walks on the beach but hasn't ventured into the water yet. He's a little shy when he first meets people but warms up quickly especially if you have a yummy treat. He loves everyone he meets and get along well with other dogs too. We think he'd do best in a home with a fenced in backyard where his family is home for big portions of the day. He could easily live as a solo dog because he just wants to be near his peeps and join them for adventures. He's an expert shopper at Home Depot! :) He's also super smart....he knows how to sit, go down, spin and stay. For those adopters who have never owned a Doodle, they're wonderful dogs that are hypoallergenic and don't shed! He's totally healthy and up to date on all his vaccinations. My 3 children & I have had Millie for 4 years & she's very much loved. She is the kindest dog & all she wants is love and will happily be your best friend. As a single mom with a full time job and 1 child who struggles with anxiety and depression I am struggling to give Millie the love she deserves. About a year ago she developed epilepsy & is on 2 medications 2x a day. For the most part we keep her condition under control but she occassionally has seizures. She has had all the tests she can and the experts cannot find a reason why she has epilepsy. Her condition is managed with medication. She has always been quite timid and skittish, especially round other dogs, though with continual exposure to family dogs she enjoys their company. She loves our cat so has no problem with cats. I am not asking for any momey, I just need to find someone who loves dogs, wants a best friend and can give Millie the love she deserves. Best for her someone older, without kids and wants a companion.

Story
Dover is a 2 yr old Miniature Golden Doodle. He came to our home 1 yr ago, after his elderly owners needed to move to a long term care facility/assisted living. Dover is a sweet, high energy, and unfortunately nervous dog. He came from a peaceful environment with a strong routine, and moved into our crazy house of 6 people, 2 other dogs and 2 cats. My girls are 7, 9, and 11 yrs old and are a whirlwind of energy. This environment is making this poor little guy neurotic. He would thrive in a calm environment.

I know “Doodles” are all the rage now and it just so happens that we have a pair of YOUNG, BEAUTIFUL, VERY LOVEABLE Double Doodle - Goldendoodle/Labradoodle siblings named Roland and Suzy up for adoption. When you feel that beautiful soft curly coat, you’re going to want to scoop them up and hug them all over. Both of them are very friendly, happy and good natured pups. They love people, adults as well as kids, they love to play with their toys and with each other. They are pretty active as are most Doodles, so a fenced in backyard would be a huge plus. Roland is the a little more outgoing and active, whereas Suzy is outgoing and active, but a little more chilled out than him. Suzy has the cutest little smile too! They are great with children and other dogs. Their dob is 9/13/24, making them 6 ½ months old at the time of this posting 4/1/25. Roland weighs in at 58 pounds and Suzy at 48 pounds. There’s nothing they would love more than being adopted by an active family that will include them in all of their daily activities. Roland has been neutered, 4DX heartworm tested, fecal tested, microchipped, current on all vaccinations, worming and on heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $400 or $750 for the two of them together. Roland is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted he will be transported to his pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the Northeast area every week and his fee includes transportation. Due to state laws, we cannot accept applications from residents of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Maine since we can’t adopt directly to those states.
