Vortex is a shy, smart fella who was born 11/26/23. Guessing on breeds, looks to be a pyr/ lab / hound mix best guess. He will likely be a larger sized dog and has beautiful markings. He is currently 50 lbs and growing. He is current on vaccinations, preventions, neutered and chipped. Due to breed characters, a physically fenced yard is required. Up to date on all shots and microchipped and is housetrained. Vortex is located in middle TN, but not to worry his transport is included in the adoption fee with Rescue Riders Transport to one of their delivery locations. Meet Yeti! He’s a big lovable teddy bear who was left to fend for himself by his previous owners when they moved. He LOVES to play in water. He’s very treat motivated and eager to please. He’s pretty docile with other dogs. Yeti has a bad ear infection he’s seeing the vet for, so we’re sure he’ll be more excited about pets once that’s better. Welcome Athena to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 2-year Great Pyrenees. She weighs about 90 pounds. She has a beautiful coat and the typical extra back toes commonly found in this breed. This is a guardian breed dog. They naturally will protect their flock or family. This breed will do best in a fully fenced yard as they will roam away if there is no fence. She is good with other dogs and will need some more leash work. She would be great with someone that knows the breed and loves it. She should have the natural tendencies of this breed. She had puppies and we adopted them out. We also adopted out the larger male that was found with her as a stray. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is up on her vaccines, healthy, spayed and ready for her forever home. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Logan is a good boy! He likes to chew bones, wrestle with our resident dog, take naps and he loves to bark! He's definitely in his teen years and can be a bit sassy, at times. He's a great big, lovable goofball who would do great with a family that wants to snuggle and play with him! Logan is a big boy who really likes people. However, due to his size and occasional mouthiness he'd do best in a home with older children. He also isn't super comfortable with small dogs. He would love to have a larger canine friend. Bru is a larger breed dog who loves to be loved. He is very loyal and the protector of the house. Since he is a bigger dog that means a big bark. He loves to be active and go on walks or visit the dog park. Most of the time he is napping. Bru should be in a larger home with a large fenced in yard. He can take a longer time to settle down and is very excited when meeting other people and dogs. He is house trained. He can go in a crate, but does not necessarily like them. A home without children may be preferred.
