Say hello to Buddy, such a sweet friendly dog that! Buddy who thrives on attention and love. Whether it's playing outside or interacting with other dogs, he’s always eager to have fun and make new friends.Buddy’s story began when his rescuer, now his foster, was driving home and spotted him standing alone on the side of the street. Concerned, she stopped to check on him, and Buddy instantly approached her. Though she tried to coax him into her car, Buddy had other plans. As she drove away, he chased the car and followed it for over a mile to her home! He spent the next couple of days near her front door, waiting for some companionship. Since no one came to claim him, his foster took him in—and he’s been a perfect boy ever since.This energetic pup has an incredible love for other dogs. He’s met every dog he's been introduced to with joy, and even when some were a little reactive, Buddy remained calm and friendly. However, he is a bit of a flight risk when off-leash, so his foster is working on leash training, and Buddy is making great progress.Buddy is doing wonderfully with house training. The only accident he’s had was a small mishap when he got too excited. As for his crate, Buddy will happily rest in it—once he’s worn out. If he still has energy, he may try to escape and whine, but after a good play session, he settles right down.Buddy loves the outdoors and playing with other dogs, but he also knows when it’s time to relax. After a fun day of activities, he’ll happily curl up on his bed for a rest.Buddy would thrive in a home with plenty of space to run or with an adopter who enjoys taking him on long walks. And, of course, he would be overjoyed to have other dogs around to play with.
