Farley is a sweetheart and loves kids. He need a good loving home where he can get the love attention he deserves asap. He has become very aggressive with the other two dogs and recently broke into the chicken run and killed all our chickens. I can no longer provide a home for him nor can I risk him seriously injuring my other two small/med sized dogs.

Story
Redford (Red) is the best family dog we’ve ever had. We had him as a puppy, he was raised on land with many other dogs and kiddos, he was always the comfort in the chaos. So calm in his attitude but his energy allows him to be fun and playful. He is much more a follower than a leader, he is always in the mood to cuddle. He is a picky eater, a big adventurer and loves to love. His mom is a Husky/German Shepard mix, his dad a St. Bernard Great/Pyrenees. He is 4.5 years old and about 95 pounds. I have become unable to care for him the way he deserves because of an illness I have, he has helped me raise my son and been my gentle giant through so much. He deserves a home that I can no longer provide.

Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! Have you seen the sweetest and the most handsome boy named Benji? If you’re looking for a calm adult and extremely good-natured dog, then Benji might be the one you’ve been searching for because he has definitely been waiting for you!  Benji is learning how to be a member of a household with a human and 2 other dogs that he gets along with very well. He’s a smart boy who’s working hard on learning manners and he’s eager to please his people. He will bark or ‘ring’ the bells on the door when he wants to go out. In his foster home, he is often called ‘Albus’ because he seems like an old soul with a bit of a silly side. He likes to be wherever the people are, and although he might initially come across as a bit reserved, Benji will soon ask for attention, and he absolutely loves getting face and head scratches. This sweet boy also enjoys running around the yard and playing chase with the other playful dog in the home. Benji would really like to play with the little 10 lb. dog that he’s living with, but since he’s about 6x her size, her response is a vicious snarl as she rudely tells him to back off. One of the best things about Benji is that even when the small dog is snarky with him, he does not have an aggressive response… he just seems disappointed and confused as to why she doesn’t want to play! Benji is a 5 year old husky mix and is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. One look into Benji’s eyes, and you’ll see his kind heart, which just wants to be loved by his person/people. Could that be you? Put in an application today to meet Benji and see if you’re a love match! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2035408##

Events are held each Saturday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event: https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue  At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. ##1954888##

Story
Loki is a 2 year old Akita we bought as a puppy. He is crate trained and went through a 3 week board and train program that helped immensely but he still needs more work with his mannerisms. He is collar trained and responds well to corrections. He gets very excited and has a lot of energy. He is a lover and protective of his family. Loki does well with our cats and other dogs for the most part but he does have an alpha personality type so if you have other alpha dog(s) he probably would not be a good fit. He needs someone willing to put in the work with him. Take him on walks, play with him, and cuddle with him.
