Story
Hi hoomans, my name is Doli, and I'm in the prime of my life at about 9 years old.  Everyone comments on my sky blue eyes and thick husky-type hair that is every shade of gold you can imagine. My tail is like a fox's - thick, long, and curly. At 50 lbs, I am a fit and healthy girl  I am very chill and quiet. That doesn't mean I don't get excited because I do! When the "hoomans" come home, I do a fun little wiggle dance to welcome them! I would be a great fit for a shared wall situation (i.e., like an apartment of townhome) since I rarely bark. I LOVE being outside and like going on walks and car rides. When I am inside, I have the very "bestest "manners. I like the security of my crate, but I don't need to be locked in. I sleep in my crate, on the floor, or in the master walk-in closet that I think is my den. I wouldn't dream of chewing up anything. Well, maybe I would DREAM it but wouldn't DO it! I am shy around new people but warm up quickly and have adjusted fine in my foster home. I am not a fan of other animals, but if I see them out, I ignore them and hope they go away!  Hope to meet you soon! Story
My name is Brut, because I was born on New Year’s and named for champagne. Here’s the 411 on me:   - I’m a puppy and will grow to about 50-60 pounds - I’m crate trained and 99.5% potty trained - I’m social with dogs and people of all sizes - I like long walks, play time AND snuggling    The special thing about me is that the Dr says I have a heart valve that’s too small. It doesn’t cause me any issues right now - I run and play like all the other pups. It might grow to normal as I grow up. Or I might need medicine when I get older. My foster mom can explain all that.    So I’m asking a special adopter to apply for me, a special puppy! An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.          August 20, 2024, 8:33 am

Story
Little Guy is a sweet, spoiled boy that likes nothing better than spending time with his people. He would be a wonderful pup to go hiking with on leash. He and his brother, Dozer, are avid critter chasers and will dig after those critters if not watched. The Husky in him means he needs to stay on a leash but the lab does calm him down some. He still has a lot of puppy in him but has outgrown the worst puppy traits. He also doesn’t mind his crate for short periods and sees it as a safe spot to take a nap. He loves children but may be a bit much for some very small children. He loves to give kisses and attention and small children are the right size to be face to face for those kisses. He also thinks he is a lap dog at times and loves snuggling on the couch. Little Guy can be a little shy around other new dogs and may take a little warming up, he has been around many different foster dogs though. He is on the smaller size, thus his name. If you are looking for a very loyal, loving smaller sized pup then Little Guy may be the perfect addition to your family. The boys have had all of their vaccines, been microchipped and neutered and on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. If you are interested, please fill out an application at www.mushrescue.com or email adopt@mushrescue.com with any questions.

He is a good size and feels heavier for his weight. He is very strong and stout; when he was a puppy, he pushed his way through the others and anything in his way, thus his name. Story
Noel is our special needs girl but we know she has the perfect home out there. She has been diagnosed with a neurological condition that causes her to walk a little differently on occasion and affects her temperament periodically. Noel is expected to live a long happy life, her diagnosis does not impact her life expectancy. She can be somewhat unpredictable and was unsocialized as a puppy so needs to be an only dog in the house. Noel loves her food and her sleep and doesn’t like to be bothered during those times. She is housebroken and crate trained, she LOVES her crate. Noel’s new family would be required to have a fenced yard as she loves to run. They would also be required to provide her with endless toys! She loves loves loves her toys and doesn’t shred them, rather treats them like her babies. Noel will need to have annual neurological exams. She’s a sweet girl and deserves a home of her own. She is current on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. For more information, please email adopt@mushrescue.com or complete an application https://mushrescue.com/prospective-owner-application/

Story
Queen is a wonderful dog around 11-12 years. She will take some time to adjust to a new home. She came from an extreme neglect situation and is doing well with me but still is skittish around new situations or people. It is amazing how resilient animals are! She was malnourished and living in a pen for years with little human contact. She loves other dogs and will play for hours but will wait to come in the door until the coast is clear of humans. She does not love the human touch but will tolerate it and show no aggression when touched, just discomfort. Queen will thrive in a calm, quiet household with another dog and lots of love.

Story
Annalise is a grey and white beauty. Annalise was an owner surrender and out of time at a high kill shelter. Owners probably used her up from overbreeding. She loves to play but is also perfectly content to sit on the couch and watch TV.  Annalise would be considered a senior probbly 9-10 years old. She is sweet once she gets comfortable but fearful and barks at new people. Annalise was treated for ectopic ureters and is doing great but will need to be on estrogen and proin for life. She would do best in a quiet home with out children.  she loves other calm male dogs but wil not tolerate crazy ones!    Don't you have the room for a lovable girl?

Story
Do you hate it when a perfectly beautiful woman wears too much make up? Well I do too! My name is Sparrow I was named after Johnny Depp from the Pirates of the Caribbean movie. I am a make up artist to the stars. Actually I don’t do much make up but I’m great at cleaning your face. You don’t need those fancy wipes or make up remover. Just me!!! Let me see what else are my strengths? I love other dogs. I love people too! But some of them scare me so I need a slower introduction to some scary people. Please don’t apply unless you love doggy kisses. That’s what I do best.

Story
SENIOR IN NEED: Skye was adopted 10 years ago when she was 1-2 years fast forward 10 years and her owner is having health issues and can’t keep her. Here’s what her owner says: In August 2014 we adopted Skye. She is an extremely friendly dog and loves all ages of humans. She would love a more active life than I can give her now. She loves to curl up next to you and soak up belly rubs and asks for more. She eats dry food only and has kept her figure all these years. She gets 1/2 cup of dry food twice a day and treats after all walks and sometimes during the day. She would keep eating anything in sight if I left her to it but I like to keep her weight in the healthy range. Her weight is 46 lbs. Skye was vetted by Hospice for their Pet visitor program and passed with flying colors!!

Story
Good morning to all of my Releashed Rescue fans! My name is Onyx and I wanted to give you a little update on my life. I’m not the same dog I was when I arrived at Releashed a little over a month ago. I’ve gone from scared and angry to happy and goofy! I enjoy spending my mornings drinking coffee on the patio with my foster mom. And yes, if you leave your coffee on my level, we’re definitely sharing it. I’m a major bed hog, but I had never had a bed of my own before. I’m coming around to liking my foster siblings. They definitely get on my nerves from time to time, but what siblings don’t? Am I right? I am OBSESSED with “Chuck-it” balls. I will play with it for hours and I’m not going to share it, don’t even ask. I’m also a pro counter-surfer. My foster mom acts like that’s a bad thing, but I’m so good at it. I don’t understand why she isn’t impressed? My ideal home would have a lot of structure. I do better with routine. I am a BIG fan of little dogs. But mostly, I just want to lay around and cuddle most of the day.
