Story
Hey there, pals! I'm Sinatra, the husky with a voice as smooth as jazz and a spirit as free as the wind. They say the summer wind brought me into the shelter, but let me tell you, I'm doing it my way from here on out. With my striking blue eyes that could rival the famous singer himself, I'm not just your average pup - I'm a chatty husky with a lot to say and even more energy to burn. While I may be independent by nature, I'm always up for an adventure, whether it's exploring new trails or howling along to my favorite tunes. So if you're in need of a furry friend who's ready to dance to the beat of their own drum, look no further - I'm Sinatra, your charismatic companion, ready to serenade you with love and laughter every step of the way.Post Adoption Training Scholarship (PATS)At SAVE, we understand that the current economy presents challenges, and this impacts dog adoption rates. Story
Hey there, I'm Balto, a bright and spirited young husky who loves to spread joy and energy wherever I go. I'm a true social butterfly, thriving on the company of humans, dogs, and even cats! Whether I'm romping around with my dog friends or snuggling up to my favorite humans, my playful and friendly nature always shines through.I'm housebroken and have excellent leash-walking skills, making me a pleasure to take on daily adventures. My confidence and intelligence make me a quick learner, and I'm always up for a new challenge or game. One of my most endearing qualities is my ability to adapt and bond with everyone I meet-I even gave sweet cat kisses to a feline friend! If you're looking for a loyal and fun-loving companion who will fill your days with laughter and love, I'm your guy. So, how about it? Story
Presenting our 7 month old “H” litter of three, Hudson, Holden, and their sister, Harmony.  A mix of Husky and Lab, these siblings weigh about 25 pounds and will mature to between 60 and 70 pounds.  Their coats are short and shiny black and white, or, as in Harmony’s case, black, and they are so sweet looking! But that’s not all these babies have going for them.  They get along well with other dogs, kids, and the foster’s cat!  Each “H” baby is truly a delight!  (posted 1/23/24, TN) (age updated 5/19/24) **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption/Transport $250.00 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.  We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.    August 18, 2024, 2:19 pm

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
My name might be Frosty, but there's nothing cold about my abundance of love and affection. Some say I walked right out of a Right Said Fred album, because "I'm Too Sexy for my coat. Once you get past my lavish coat, you'll quickly notice I express my feelings through these antennas (although my humans call them ears) on top of my head. Whatever you call them, they never miss the bag opening of T-R-E-A-T-S! Despite my love of treats, I keep my figure a svelte 50 lbs. I am nimble enough to walk the runway, and smart enough to graduate from Harvard (well, maybe Harvard elementary). I don't poop where I sleep (I'm both house and kennel trained) and I play well with others (of both the human and dog variety). I would love a home that can keep me mentally stimulated and have active paw-rent(s) that enjoy walks and spending time with me. If I sound like I would be a good fit for you and your family, please reach out to my rescue - I am eager to find my "fur-ever home!
