OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR COLORADO BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. Meet Cooper Rush—but his friends just call him Coop (or Rush when he’s in full zoomie mode). He’s the goofy, high-energy best friend with ADHD you never knew you needed. At 10 months old and 70 pounds, Coop is equal parts lovable chaos and big-hearted snuggle bug. He never walks in a straight line, always overshoots the ball, and zigzags through life like it’s one big playground. Whether he’s tossing toys for himself, leaping before he looks, or spinning in circles just for the fun of it, Coop is all-in, all the time. He’s crate trained, house trained, and not destructive—as long as he’s got a stash of toys and someone who understands that playtime is a full-body sport. Coop has started going to doggy daycare and now has a pack of high-energy buddies who totally get his vibe. He’s loving every second of it.Coop does best with a steady routine and a confident, patient human who’s willing to help him navigate new situations at his own pace. He gets excited easily—about new people, new dogs, new smells, new everything—so slow, calm introductions are key. He’s working on his leash manners and making progress, but he’ll always be a dog who needs someone with a sense of humor and a heart for the wonderfully wild.He might come in like a whirlwind, but when Coop’s ready to settle, he’ll bury his face in your chest, melt into your lap, and remind you that behind all the bounce is a dog who just wants to love and be loved. If you're looking for a dog who brings the fun, keeps you on your toes, and loves with his whole, goofy heart—Cooper Rush is your guy. Story
Hi, my name is Maggie, and I'm 5 years old and weigh 55 lbs. It's difficult to tell in my photos, but I have a beautiful, shiny black coat with auburn highlights. I am a little shy at first, but once I get to know and trust someone, I will be the most loyal and loving dog ever. I have wonderful house manners, so my foster family leaves me with run of the house when they leave. I love toys, in fact I'm a little addicted to them! I don't chew or destroy them, I just love to carry them around, kind of like a security blanket. I get along well with the other dog in my foster home, but I am a little scared and nervous around new dogs. Truth be told, I would love to be an only dog so I can get all the attention and cuddles. I also prefer a quiet, low activity home, and I am not a good candidate for apartment life. I'm really a low maintenance dog. Just let me hang out with my people, and I'm good! Please submit your application to meet me, and an adoption counselors will contact you.

Story
"Hi! My name is Cammy! I'm 9 months old, and most people think I am a mix between Yellow Lab and Greyhound. I'm a goofy, gangly, playful puppy. I love to play, and chasing a ball is my favorite game. Foster dad throws it as far as he can, and I go racing after it, super fast like a Greyhound. Then I bring it back, over and over again, like a Lab Retriever. I also have a cuddly, affectionate side and love to snuggle with my people. I love other dogs, especially if they are up for play wrestling or a game of chase. I may be a little too enthusiastic for older, more laid back dogs. If someone is home most of the time, I would like that best, but I've been learning to stay in my crate for a few hours when my foster people are away. I go for walks or runs every day, so I will be a great walking or running partner. I can't wait to meet you and become a member of your family. And just in case you missed it: I am a puppy that loves to play and snuggle!" Please submit your application, and an adoption counselors will contact you.

Story
Aster is almost 10 months old! We think she's a black Lab/Terrier mix, but the breed mix is 100% guesswork on our part. Aster has THE BEST ears ever. She's a smart, sweet girl that has normal puppy energy. She would be so excited to find her forever home with another playful dog her size so they can have long wrestling sessions and wear each other out! She loves to take walks or hikes and explore all the things along the trail. She does well on leash and wants to use a harness on her walks because it's a great fashion accessory (and helps with learning leash manners). She absolutely loves going to the lake. She doesn't swim, but she splashes around paw-deep in the water like it's the coolest thing ever! Aster's most favorite thing is chasing flying insects, and she has plenty to choose from with all the Cicadas and June Bugs flying around this year. She likes to play fetch and tug with durable toys; the soft stuffed ones only last about 5 minutes! Aster is a little shy when you first meet her but if you toss down a good treat you can be her BFF within a few short minutes. She warms up to women quickly, but will take a little longer with men. Small children make her very nervous, so no kids under the age of 10. She is housebroken and has learned some basic commands - she sits like a champ, absolutely LOVES to chase balls and brings them right back to you and drops them at your feet. She is a smart cookie and will be a fun and loyal companion for the right adopter. The first step to meeting Aster is to submit your application, and one of our adoption counselors will contact you.
